“An amazing doggy daycare with caring and well trained staff!! My 19-week-old GSD, Link, always runs out of the car and to the door in excitement so he can play with all his friends, and he always comes home happy and tired! I also love that they have a treadmill that they can train the dogs on, because I was planning on buying a treadmill for a while, so this was a great head start to see if Link liked treadmills before buying one! The previous daycare I had him at felt so unwelcoming and "money first" focused, but here I have had staff give helpful, positive reinforcement tips on Link's training, and have been very warm and friendly to both of us! They also have puppy-focused care that allows the puppies to have more frequent potty breaks and naps, which I haven't seen any daycares nearby that offer that! This place has a lot of love and heart for dogs, so if you're looking for a doggy daycare, this is the place!”

“What a beautiful small campground with a great view of Beaver Dam Lake. Most of the sites were nice and large. The grounds were very well maintained and the cleanliness of the bathroom/shower house was impeccable. We camped at this park for a week. We especially really appreciated the warm hospitality from the host Kevin. He made himself visible many times a day when taking walks through the campground and stopping to chat to see if we had any needs. We even ended up meeting some local residents that happened to be from our home town due to his word of mouth.”

“Heide has been an absolute lifesaver. I’m in a season where, even though I normally love cooking, it’s my most dreaded chore each night. We work together; I send her recipes, and she grocery shops for them, comes to my house and cooks and preps with my dishes, cleans up after herself, and sends me the bill! I have her prep 4 meals a week to the point that I only have to pop them in the oven or dump them in a skillet (sometimes all I have to do is microwave!) instead of takeout every night, this week we’ve had French Cassoulet, Taco Ring, Stir fried Tofu and Asparagus, and Roasted Pork Loins with Green Beans with Potatoes! And my 8-year-old eats all of it! Did I mention she also surprises us with a dessert every week? It’s so nice!”

“My hubby and I stayed last weekend. We explored the Big Bear Village. Had a great lunch in town. Then, set off to our cozy studio. It was perfect. We stayed in #1 Sunday evening. We loved the big jacuzzi tub after a long day. Then, snuggled up to some great shows in bed on Netflix. Slept very well. I loved the kitchenette amenities as it was perfect for our short stay. Only thing missing was the coffee maker. Had all the coffee stuff. Just missed the coffee maker. Lol. Guessing perhaps it was borrowed to another cabin. No biggy though cause we had coffee in town at breakfast. I have recommended this place to people at work already. As the price was awesome for all it offered. Was the perfect romantic get away. “The place is clean, great service, and cable/wifi was good. The location was pretty far back on base and took some time to get anywhere local, but the price is worth it. They are definitely renovated dorms that have been turned into single rooms and suites, so fine for a mil stay but may leave the vacationers desiring more. All together no complaints though, Alaska is amazing.”

“What a wonderful place to stay! Clean, neat and tidy. Just how I like it :) We were lucky to get a spot. It's a beautiful RV park with friendly longhorns on the premises who don't mind having their picture taken :) The owner, Ken is super friendly, informative and so helpful. Sunrises and sunsets are beautiful. The weather is so nice (compared to Maine right now lol). Because we really needed to stay put for a bit to do some work (we're full-time RVers), we decided to stay until the end of the month! That's how much we like this RV park. So, our first Texas Christmas!”

“Fantastic stay at a great property. Everything is new, fresh and modern. The staff is well trained, welcoming and very prompt. At most hotels over the past few years, staffing problems have a significant and negative impact on guest experience but they are doing it right and everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. We loved our room and the iconic view of downtown LA. Food was also great both in the restaurants and room service. I was not familiar with the Pendry brand and chose it because it's part of the Preferred Hotel network. They've made a fan out of me and I will definitely be back!”
