“Amazing location on the marina. Most rules have some sort of water view and you can see all the boats. Hotel has a swanky feel to it. The room was nice. They had "Lather" branded toiletries which were great because they were natural based without sulfates and parabens. They have a pool and hot tub which open at 8:30am and close at 10pm. You can hear the seals on the marina barking from here! All the hotel staff I interacted with were very courteous and polite. A great stay!”

“Fabulous overnight. This was just 2 minutes from I35 but felt like a simple park out in the country. No highway noise or highway exhaust, no lights or activity - just a quiet and peaceful night. The park looks to have two sides. Our side offered gravel sites with a cute covered shed in lieu of a picnic table. (As we seemed to be in the middle of the country we called it our very own cow shed.) Hook up was easy, sites were well spaced, we felt safe, and management was great. Jackie answered our call, was friendly, allowed us to come in a little late, met us when we arrived, and the next day let us check out a bit late so we could have lunch at Clear Springs. They are strict about noise, so it was amazingly peaceful. This was NOT a typical off the interstate campground! TIP: The camp is easy to get to off I35 but go slow as the road is a bit narrow and has a couple of odd turns. We had no trouble with our RV and towed car but I was glad it was daylight and I could easily see. The camp has two entrances and it's easy to miss the first. I would call ahead and get directions for your site as we found it much easier to use the second entrance to reach our site and the first entrance looked narrow. We would definitely stay here again. Where else can you camp and enjoy a night in the country air under your own mini cow shed? Very unique experience!”

“Service was fantastic. Food was very good a little pricey for lunch but what do you expect when you can eat right on the water. The shrimp were goo but their is one thing that I had an issue with. This is also the reason I gave them a 4 star. The shrimp were not cleaned to remove the vein which cause a slight taste and the shrimp were a little gritty. Not a huge deal for most but something I like to have cleaned out of my shrimp especially when dining out.”

“We had a great stay at this resort. It is a quiet place, usually with few children which makes it nice for adults needing piece and quiet to recharge. Beach is a short walk across the street and so many options on island or off for food, restaurants, shopping, etc. You do get your exercise walking up the stairs from garage to bedroom level and then main floor (kitchen/dining/living room) so be forewarned if you have limitations. There are 2 units with elevators I've been told. Only complaint was no/weak internet signal. Will be back again!”

“What an incredible property! My wife and I spent 4 wonderful nights in the Dove Cottage. The cabin is perfect, from breakfast on the back porch to rocking on the front porch enjoying the beautiful scenery. It's quiet, except for the squirrels in the woods, and the owners are responsive to questions. The cabin has a great layout, we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, and it had everything we needed. We are looking forward to coming back and maybe checking out the Candle Light Cabin. I am so glad I found this property; it is truly a place to get away and recharge.”

“I really liked staying at this hotel. The people that worked there were friendly and helpful. I thought the room was a pretty good size and the extra bedroom was awesome. I woke up late and I thought I was going to get changed for late check out, but the manager said, "No big deal, take your time." I got my full deposit back and no late fee and I left 2 hours after check out. I would definitely stay at the Harbor Inn & Suite's again.”

“This place is really a hidden gem. Immediately upon arrival, we were created with Mrs. Lenora herself. She offered us lemon water and homemade cookies. Our room was amazing and super clean. The restaurant might be our new favorite place to eat. Food was unbelievably fantastic. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Even the guests at the hotel was super easy to talk to and as friendly as they come (Heidi and John). We will be back in November for my daughter and husbands birthday. Loved it. “We were driving down the highway when this TNT Mobile RV Service truck pulled up beside us motioning for us to pull over. We both stopped and come to find out the underbelly of our RV had come down and insulation was coming out. He said he could do a temporary fix if we would follow him to his shop. We did and he and his coworker worked on it and got it secured. He then said no charge. We paid him some anyway and are so appreciative of his service. Thank you TNT”
