I came into the office a bit panicked and Tracy & Becky were great. They were so kind to me and very professional. The facility itself is super clean, actually climate controlled, and you can do everything online to pay your bill, etc. Recommended!”

“Gulf Breeze Trailer Park is everything you could want in a mobile home facility. Helen, the lady who owns and runs it, ensures a peaceful atmosphere with a friendly smile and as much, or as little, personal attention as you require. She, her son Peter, and their crew keep the grounds very attractive. The location, in the heart of Old Port Aransas, is in walking distance of shops and groceries and about 4 blocks from the beach. We feel very lucky to have found this small enclave and would not consider leaving.”

“It was so nice to be able to get together with a few family members for a long weekend. The house was impeccably clean. It was perfect as everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. We were able to make all of our meals in the well equipped kitchen. The dining room table fit everyone. We played games we brought and ones they have available at the house. The house has both Victorian and modern decore that makes it both stylish and comfy. I can definitely see our family having future gatherings at The Bailey House Bed & Bike Inn.”

“The office person - Scott - really saved us. Phones dying, car not operable, a living nightmare with the insurance co -- Scott gave us a USB charger unit from lost and found - and allowed us to stay in the outer office to charge a phone long enough to try to get help. When we were forced to find a room for the night - he stepped up again--- we got a super clean - enjoyable room - and a safe place while we waited for morning and more calls to try to get a tow truck -- without him, we would still be in the area and totally stranded. He went above and beyond to help us - we highly recommend this Inn”

“Nice campground. The camp sites are a little close for comfort - basically the sites are like 2.5-wide parking spots on either side of the main road. I can comfortably fit my 5th-wheel trailer with the slides out next to my pick up truck in the parking spot, but there’s no margin in between your spot and your neighbor’s. The full hookup sites have 30A and 20A electrical hookups and water, but the big downside is that the drains are only for gray water - you can’t drain your black tank at your site. There’s a designated dump station at the campground, but it’s a hassle if you’re staying for more than a few days and you have to hook up the trailer and drive over to the dump station and then re-park and set everything back up at your site. The views of Lake Perris are really nice and the campground itself is very scenic and well laid out with hiking trails and a decent beach. There is a bit of a problem with litter on the ground and in the water though. Prices are a little high with no weekly discounts, compared to other campgrounds and RV parks, but I guess that’s to be expected in California.”

“Hi, I am currently staying here now and I typically do not review every place I stay but I feel like Jennifer deserves some recognition! I read the previous reviews about her and I did not experience anything remotely negative or rude about her! She was attentive, personable and polite from check in to my check out. She experienced a high call volume when I was checking in, she was profusely saying sorry to me and telling callers to politely wait on hold as she "wants to give every guest her full attention" (: I met with her again because my 4 year old was being a little rowdy/stomping around leading to a noise complaint. She came upstairs to our room to tell us of the issue and was very understanding because my son is young and obviously was not doing it on purpose. I really feel like she is doing the best she can with being the only person i saw working the front desk and catering to guests needs at the hotel. These five stars I am leaving go to her!
