“Roberta is a very special, dedicated professional with a great facility. The care is personalized to each resident's needs, day and night. Our dad spent his last four months there and we were all very happy with Serenity Gardens.”

“We had the best experience here! We have 2 little boys and we stayed at campsite 6 that backed up to the playground below. It was perfect for us to drink our coffee and watch them play every morning in a safe enclosed area. They loved gathering sticks for the fire every morning. The hookups were easy and the checkin was smooth thanks to the help we received backing in and leveling out. We walked down to the marina to a decorative little waterfall and took pictures. The boys loved playing basketball on the nostalgic goal and visiting a few locals along the walk riding their scooters. We were very pleased with the trees and beauty of the campground. Showers, bathroom and laundry were right by our site. Our only con is the sites are pretty close together where we were and our slide went into the space of our neighbor. Other than that we will continue to visit here and make memories with our boys! We rented a double decker boat with a slide from Pandora Marina for a half day and cruised around lake Harrington. Everyone here was super friendly!! We live 1.5 hours away and it was a perfect trip! See you next year!”

“Great little Will county forest preserve district campground. No electricity but there is drinking water and latrines on site. The wooded sites can each accommodate 6 tents and it's arranged so that most tents can have their own little space. Each site has a fire ring and picnic table. There's a central area of mowed grass out in the open which is 2 more campsites that you can put multiple tents on. There are some short walking/equestrian trails and a nature center in the preserve. It's clean and maintained. And I was the one there camping on a Friday and Saturday night in June! The wooded sites are not drive-up so a wagon came in handy.”

“We found this wonderful little campground by asking at the tollway exit booth, “Take a right at the lights, another right at the next lights, and on the left after a few miles.” It was getting dark but easily saw the well lit sign. It has about 10 full hookup sites, mostly gravel, some leveling was needed on our site but nothing most RV’ers aren’t equipped for. I really liked the self-service station for late night arrivals, like us! Each site has 20/30/50A outlets and great water pressure which might be too high for older rigs (suggest partly opening valve). Verizon cell coverage was good. They also have Wi-Fi consisting of 3 routers BUT it needs login credentials which we didn’t have. For $30 a night in 100+ temps… we greatly appreciated the convenience and hospitality!”

“Really enjoyed the stay here with my cousin and his kids. Brenda was awesome and very accommodating. She even brought us some more firewood later in the evening. The terrain is really rugged for Louisiana or Mississippi. Steep cliffs and nice sandy streams. Really convenient if you wish to visit Clark Creek Waterfalls, Angola Rodeo or the plantation homes in the area. We enjoyed it.”

“I pulled into the red arrow motel on Plymouth Road in Dixboro, Michigan in need of an inexpensive hotel room. I met Judith the owner. Very affable, very nice, and very matter-of-factly. She showed me a room and without hesitation, said it was “hospital clean” and she said it with all confidence. Now I’ve been on a journey for two months staying in cheap hotels and I honestly spent three days cleaning one of them and never got a chance to do my work (I'm an Artist and I need a clean environment to work in. Because I’m a clean freak (not to be confused with a germaphobe). I had to wipe down a table because of my clean tendencies. I was going to dry coffee cups on there. There was nothing on my paper towel!!! Amazing! The place really was "hospital clean"> So, just for grins and giggles, I did a little white glove in the bathroom and bedroom... It’s all hospital clean as well. Also the place is full of nostalgia. It has these old cabinets, old wood paneling, old fixtures, old lights, old fans, but there are no smells. There was even a little three wick candle that I could use in the room that smells nice. Based on the rate paid for four days… I got the best value of my entire ordeal at hotels, and I would include a couple of the major chain hotels that I stayed at. Thank you Judith!!! Whenever I have friends that need a recommendation. I’m gonna think of you first. Thanks again, Thomas”

“Amazing location overall, the woman who runs the area is Very professional and polite. We were able to enjoy a friendly family atmosphere for the whole weekend. Not to mention there was a mud bog to boot. (Not recommended for yuppies for obvious reasons.)”

“Best owners I've ever met. Accommodating, laid back, attentive , and welcoming. Quiet park, well laid out park. As for the the person complaining about it should be an adult rv park; 🙄🙄 maybe you should find a park exclusively for adults and stop telling people what they should do with their own property. Entitled much? I think so. Money talks all the same .”

“Phenomenal experience. Quiet street and extraordinary backyard. I am over 6 feet tall and the tub is big enough for me. Warm home and great energy. Was very impressed and highly recommend it.”

“Had a lot of fun with my group of friends here. The road to get here is a bit rough though. About a mile or two of dirt road to get to the campsite with lots of rocks. A FWD can make it up, just have to drive really carefully! Definitely would bring an SUV or Truck if you can though. Once you get to the campground though, you and your group will be far enough from other campers not to really be bothered by anyone. There are lots of trails you can explore yourself just by walking around the campsite with lots of shade. *Be warned though, we did see a bear both mornings we were here. Make sure to take advantage of the bear boxes provided.*”

“Paid for the jacuzzi suite which was clean and exceptional. Bed was so comfy we didn't move once our heads touched the ever so perfect pillows.we arrived super late and they allowed us to stay an hour over original check out time. Price was a little iffy but we didn't complain too much. Thank you.”

“Was a gem in the middle of the desert on a tired evening! The smell of clean hit you us in the face when we walked in. Our room smelled the same. The clerk was exceptionally friendly and assured we were being taken care of. I would stay again! For the price it was great! I did not expect it to be such a great stay being it is a 2 Star motel. I can say I have stayed at 3 and 4 Star hotels and this place surpassed them. The AC worked great too! Cooled off the room quick and stayed cool.”

“A perfect place for our stay! Ernie’s Acres was quiet with a beautiful view. Sites were easy to back into and plenty of room around for kids to play. Our kids loved the swingset. Nice to get away from the hustle and bustle. Owners were very flexible, accommodating and fantastic to work with. If we need a place to stay again in this area we will definitely be back!!”

“This was my first, but hopefully not my last stay at the resort. I was at the resort for business and stayed 4 nights. I arrived around 7pm on a Sunday. The valet and check-in experience was smooth. My room was very clean and the temperature was perfect. Finding a soaking tub in the huge bathroom was a great bonus. The only complaint I have is regarding a slight odor in the shower. I think it was coming up from the drain, not from the water. Room service was easy, prompt and the food was hot. The coffee at Marketplace was delicious and there was a good variety of non-alcoholic beverages. I want to give a shout out to the bell stand and the valet. Their hustle, friendliness and unwavering devotion to customer service, made my visit even more pleasant. I will definitely go back!”

“Great location with a nice walking park across the street, the pool and Jacuzzi are nice, and the room overall was decent and quiet. Price was great IMO for what you get. Only downside for us was the room cards that had to be re-keyed over and over again because they didn't work (until front desk dude showed us a trick -- pull the door handle towards you before inserting the key). All said, we'll be back again!!”

“We stayed in the Sunny apartment (one bedroom) for 2 weeks and loved it. It is located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. The apartment is small but clean and has everything what you need for comfortable living. The host is super nice and friendly. We will definitely return there in the nearest future and highly recommend it to everyone who needs a place to stay close to Warm Mineral Spring.”
