Cottonwood is a No frills camping location providing a basic tent or RV location for weekend plans in the area. This is a Budget freindly option when you have more important things to focus on. “Absolutely amazing accommodations. I would highly recommend Sandcastle. We had a one bedroom condo with an amazing view of the pool and the gulf. It was extremely clean and well appointed. There were his and her closets in the bedroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates and cups, coffee mugs, flatware, pots and pans, toaster, blender, and many other kitchen essentials. Our unit had a washer and dryer as well. They start you off with one roll of paper towels and some kitchen towels. They give you a fresh unopened, kitchen sponge, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher tablets. If we ran out of something, we just ask at the front desk, and they happily replenished. If you’re gonna wash clothes you will need to bring your own laundry soap. The staff and everyone we talk to that worked there was very, very friendly. All the restaurants and shops are close by. Everything is within a five minute drive time. We did not get a golf cart but purchased a $12 beach pass because you can drive right up on the beach. We will be back 😄”

“What a special place. Quiet, well-kept, yoga pavilion, on the beach, beautiful sunsets, delightful morning swims before setting out to explore the rest of the area. Greg, and his wife, Annie were always helpful and friendly. The housekeeper also added to the positive vibe. In addition to a clean bungalow, she brought us flowers, shared her knowledge of local birds, and showed us where we could do laundry (note, pack less - do laundry). So well situated, we took a break from the car and rented bikes. Easy bike access to food trucks, grocery store, Shark’s Cove, and so many beaches.”

“I stopped in Gettysburg Estates to inquire about the homes in this community, I was greeted by Jorita Carr, she introduced me to her staff, Sarah, Sylvia and Adam. They all were very nice and happy to show me a few of the homes. Sarah and Adam took me around the community showing all the amenities the community had to offer. It truly is a beautiful place and very welcoming. Even a few of the residents stopped to talk to us and told me how much they loved living there. Its in the top 3 places I have inquired about.”

“We love it here!!! The in-laws have invited me and my wife to go camping. The lake is way higher than last year. So I enjoyed fishing and playing in the water. In the two trips, I caught a largemouth bass and a freshwater drum. And every time we go, we see turkeys and baby turkeys lots of babies. Can't wait til next year.”

“The Shade was a very beautiful and relaxing hotel. The service at the hotel was extremely friendly(aside for the restaurant "sea level", see my reviews statement for that restaurante! All in all the I would love to come back to this hotel in the future, maybe try out a different location. The best and my most favorite enjoyable moments was in the tub, that was located on our private balcony. The tub is outside people!!! Yeaaasssssss What a great set-up. See pictures I have provided. “We love staying at Intercoastal. We had stayed 2 years ago and loved it so we decided to come back. Close proximity to the beach, nice quaint family oriented area. Beautiful white sand and clear water. Definitely recommend. Only "complaint" is the size of the pool, but with only a few condos, we never felt overcrowded.”

“Wonderful and peaceful experience at Catskill Mountain Lodge! Perfect escape from New York City while on a midwinter break from work. Staff are friendly and professional. “One of the best campgrounds I have ever been too. My wife and I stayed at the deluxe cabin and it was such a great experience. There are trails around for activities and Mayville is only 5 minutes away. It was in a great location. Everything was extremely clean and well kept. The only issue we had was with the futon, it was very uncomfortable. We ended up using the twin mattresses instead. Loved how there was a shower and toilet right inside, it made life so much easier. Would definitely stay here again.”

“This location was our first use of the RV stop concept. We were very pleased with the amenities and size of the pad. We felt secure overnight and the noise level next to the truck stop was very good overnight. (We were in slot 19) The bathroom, showers and laundry area were unexpectedly very nice. The location worked for us and we were ok with the cost not to have to drive so far off the hwy for a full hookup. Email confirmation and reservation process was very easy.”

“Only there for The Festival of Lights. Traffic was thick, but it was a Saturday night. Took a while to make it to the entrance. The lights were fantastic! They had Christmas music booming, but I had Pink Floyd playing in my car. 30 dollar "donation" was asked of us, but you really don't have to donate. I had a wonderful female friend riding with me. Together, we both had a great time. I do recommend!”
