“The stay at this hotel started pretty good and we were assisted quickly by the front desk. When we were in our room, we tried to call front desk for another towel and set of bedsheets, but it took two phone calls to get an answer. Housekeeping was very quick to bring the materials to us though! When it came to breakfast though, it came out 30 minutes later at 7:30AM opposed to 7:00AM. Recommend staying here if you're on a budget.”

“I am very impressed with the improvements budget has made recently. The best thing for me was there are NO ROACHES!!! that made me the happiest women EVER! There is not a single low priced motel in this or the surrounding areas that is not infested with roaches. The building looks so much better in the blue they painted it and even the rooms had their minor repairs and upkeep done.great job best inn I think u r one of the best low end motels in the Petersburg area along with motel 6 and super 8. The Price has gone up slightly but in these times it's understandable. i would def.recommend”

“Great place, absolutely beautiful! With great views from the back seating area. The place comes fully loaded too. There were beach necessities for use such as boards and sand buckets. Located right of the main road for clear water basically right at everything. It's the levels from balcony and back seating area with pier. Minimalist\modern esque style. No issues, other than some drops from the bathroom vent probably from kind of exhaust and the lack of a mirror in everyone's room was inconvenient. PS. There is also a guard the keeps watch of the property at night so you will definitely feel safe here even though you'll be in a new environment.”

“We spent just one night and soon realized that they are the friendliest hosts yet. We came in with a new 48' 5th wheel. They made sure we had an easy in...easy out site. Couldn't get satellite due to trees so tried the cable. It didn't work so an awesome couple came over and got us up and running. She totally understood my urgent need to be able to watch Yellowstone that night. Really enjoyed our stay.”

They’re very friendly neighbors to have and even the “occasional” late night music is pleasant. However, when I replaced the old, rotten, leaning fence that backs to their property (8ft stained cedar wood fence) in hopes of a nicer look for both sides. I found that someone is using the back side of the fence to store equipment and materials by leaning up against it. The only reason I even noticed is because I notice that the fence is now leaning on the side where the equipment and materials are being stored. I hope this gets dealt with quickly and to the understanding that we should be mindful of the boundaries and care of our neighbors (and their property)”
