“What a wonderful stay my husband and I had at the Willamette Valley Bed & Breakfast, owned and operated by Dan and Maureen. Dan was extremely helpful before our arrival, making recommendations for restaurants and wineries to visit. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome with a glass of wine & some popcorn. Our room was well appointed with a coffee maker, a small fridge, wonderfully smelling handmade soaps, chilled water in the fridge and bathrobes. The bedding is luxurious and silky-soft and we loved how they use a European style of bedding, so that we each had our own duvet. What an ingenious idea! The gas fireplace worked very well at taking the chill off in the room and the AC/heat worked well. Each room has their own thermostat as well. The bathroom has heated floors, a separate walk-in shower and a large soaking tub. Maureen makes wonderfully smelling goat milk soaps that are provided at both the sink and in the shower. We loved those so much that we bought a few as gifts to take home with us. Aside from the room being fantastic, the four-course breakfast that is served each morning is incredible and plentiful. It includes homemade scones, Greek yogurt with fruit, a fruit smoothie and an entree, such as chicken & waffles, omelets or pancakes. The location of this Bed & Breakfast is wonderful, as it is central to many wineries and restaurants. Dan and Maureen are such wonderful hosts. Highly recommend planning a visit to this wonderful gem!”

“I'll start by saying, if I have the option I'll never stay with a different hotel again. The front desk staff were awesome, kind, courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful. The cleaning staff were awesome, too. They were friendly and happy... which is sadly often rare. The entire hotel was ridiculously clean. AND! The room had a stove! I never knew! All in all, I had a great experience and I will definitely visit again. A huge thank you to all the staff members who made me feel at home.”

“We visited in mid September. We had a suite, brought 3 kids and the dog. The suite had a queen bed, pull out couch, small kitchenette and a separate bedroom with another queen bed and the bathroom. Breakfast is a 10/10, the beach was not crowed in the least. The pet free play area was great for our dog who isn't used to going to the bathroom on leash. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I gave the room 4 stars because our remote didn't operate the TV, only the cable box (so volume, on/off had to be manual) and I wished there was a broom/dustpan in room for sand clean up. I bought one at the Dollar Tree and left it in the closet. We bought food and used the kitchenette instead of eating out, however there is no cookware. Again, nothing that can't be brought/bought at dollar store. Pets aren't allowed on the beach from memorial day to labor day, heads up. We watched dolphins play every day, it's 20 minutes to VA beach/tourist stuff. Absolutely awesome, highly recommended and we hope to be back!!”

“Nice office and cleaning staff. Our lot was very large with long patio (the width of much of the site). Gravel pad, but paved roads. A lot of grass, which is nice. Mostly permanent renters and many with nicely landscaped sites. No frills, outdated bathroom was clean (and that was before cleaning staff came through in the morning). Kind of pricey at $60 for FHU pull-thru. I would definitely recommend.”

“Been meaning to give my two cents here for a while. This is my little Schipperkes' go to Vet. If you live anywhere near Deer Creek and are not using this clinic for yours pets, then you are overpaying and more than likely getting less than quality care for your pets. After this last major surgery, my Schip recovered faster than I ever thought possible. Plus, my final bill was just what I was quoted before hand. That is a 1st. In my past experience where urgent care was needed, the quote never matched the bill. There was always extra B.S. added with no explanations - just taking advantage of the situation, but not with Dr. Cross. I highly recommend him for he communicates and educates very well and is understandable. No circle talking to confuse clients. A proven choice for trust and reliability for my loved ones' care. And the Wine store next door helps relieve any stress of dragging a pet to the vet.”

“Now my favorite hotel in Santa Cruz. Will stay here every time I come. The lady at the front desk was fantastic and Roman the maintenance guy was so very helpful. Roman helped me and my son lock our paddle boards up to keep them safe while we stayed there. The room and bed was amazingly comfortable. I felt so very safe. I slept very well in the room.
