The sunrises are incredible and for the first time in my life I saw a full moon rise that was absolutely stunning. Gary the manager has been very helpful and patient... especially with us. We are first time homeowner's in a trailer park, and it has been so much fun and relaxing.. even when we had a a plumping issue. Gary went out of his way to make sure he got it fixed. My husband and I are very grateful for that. Gary has been nothing but kind, and generous to us and so has everyone else we've met. “This is a quiet place to stay when in Rockport. We stayed 5 nights for a fishing trip with family. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Nice pull through sites with concrete pads and picnic tables. The y escort you to your site and help guide you while parking if needed. The grounds are very well kept. Bathrooms and showers were clean and loved the privacy when showering. We would definitely stay here again”
