“Stayed here over father's day weekend. It's a nice shady area on the river with helpful staff. Restrooms stayed pretty clean even with having quite a few people staying there. Just the site and services I have 0 complaints. Had some vehicle issues as we were leaving and the owner and staff were nothing but helpful and understanding. Never felt rushed to get out. I would come back here without question. Good people and a good place to stay.”

“Awesome and easy to get to spot to see trains. CSX, right outside the window, has fewer trains than across the river NS, and you can see the NS parade across the Beaver river. Comfy twin beds. Great for two or fewer guests. A fold up cot makes a third guest a possibility. Close to Beaver Falls, Rochester and Conway PA.”

Not only is this location right in the middle of everything you need in beautiful LA, the staff are super nice and actually care about their guests. Everyone who works here is nice: from the front desk staff to the maintenance guys, to the housekeepers and servers. My family and I love staying here. It feels like home away from home. The continental breakfast is good, the pool and hot tub are well maintained, the room we stayed in was clean and actually the same one we had last time. I love that you guys put us in the same room, it made us feel like you remembered us from our last visit ♡ We will be staying here every time we stay in LA. Thank you all for making our trips memorable ♡”

They had a soft and firm pillow option on the bed in labeled cases. The smart TV connected easily to my phone for cast streaming. They did serve a grab and go style breakfast and have coffee and tea available 24/7. We would stay here again.”

“Huge park, no cell coverage, like several of TT parks, it needs upkeep and repair. There is no "adult only" lodge and pool, both are family style. The pool water in the incredibly massive pool is cold, for those that like that. Too cold for me even after a long hot summer to warm it up. Will go back, it would be our favorite if there was some $ reinvested. The trains that go by often do so unnoticed. Lots of activities and bands. No water in the river, it's been a drought.”

“This place is still old school but still going strong. We stayed at the end of July unfortunately had to deal with Red Tide but that wasn't the hotels fault. The place is clean and the people are great. If you are looking for a quiet place no parties, no loud people, music just great family fun this is the place. Maybe the only down side is there is no balcony for each room but you can sit outside the room at a community style balcony on the second and third floor, not that big of a deal, at least for us. Again I hope the owner keeps this place going with the same hospitality of people and no party style atmosphere. I believe everyone I met has been going to this hotel for over 10 years, seriously you don't hear that to often and they all come back for the same reason; quiet, family atmosphere, and the family owners and staff. My family loved it Thank you....”

“Great campground. Campsites are far enough apart to feel somewhat private. You don’t have to hear your neighbors conversation. Completely surrounded by trees. My Second day here I had 3 deer walk through my campsite. The campground overall is shaded so bring your mosquito spray. Picnic tables and fire pits at each campsite. One bathroom with toilet at main entrance is very clean and well supplied. It’s not a far walk from any of the campsites but not a trek I would make at night. Lots of lightning bugs to watch on July evenings. Surrounded with Florida swampland. I’ve seen wild turkeys, rabbits, turtles, quail, a lot of birds and deer. This is the real Florida and it’s hard to beat the price.”

“Lived there for a few years. Its a great place. Owner is very good to those who conduct themselves in a responsible way. The park is well kept and I never had any issues there. The Manager is Great. These people treated me like family and have done so much to help me when I had some struggles. I really cant say enough good about how good they were to me. Its off the path and has a very remote feel. Its close to everything and the prices are kept reasonable.This is a great place with a great owner and manager. Just Awesome people whom I consider like Family. Im actually considering moving back if a lot opens up.”
