We were made to feel so welcome from the sign in to our rooms to the cleaning staff, pool staff, breakfast staff, etc. There was always a happy greeting or a "can we do something for you to make your stay more satisfactory." The rooms are spacious and clean, the pool had many lounges and chairs and warm towels and the breakfast for the two days was more than adequate. There was always coffee and hot chocolate available. Recommend this hotel for its location to restaurants, shops and activities. Great for single people or families.”

During the 2020 Holiday Season(yes I saw family during COVID) I couldn’t find my updated insurance card and I wanted it before I left home. He took time away from his family to go to the office to email me a copy.”

(One warning for the building we stayed in: we were on the second floor, and there was no elevator.) I'm quite sure we could have had a ground floor unit if needed. The 2 bedroom unit was updated, very spacious, and clean. We were there just before the Memorial weekend and the entire complex was very quiet. Parking was plentiful. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. We had a problem within a few minutes of entering the unit, and called the front desk. Within 5 minutes maintenance was there to take care of the problem. It is a five minute drive to the entrance road to Disney World, and there are many restaurants close by. We would definitely stay there again.”

“A newly renovated comfort inn. Room 108 had a bad smell to it Bathrooms and rooms have all been redone. I'm sorry to say the pillows and all the bed linens were stained and discolored. Towels were clean but stained. I was informed that new linens and towels are available. Thank you for a pleasant stay and for the great communication. I would stay again at this location.”

“The staff here is phenomenal. The breakfast, always wonderfully stocked. Housekeeping is kind. We stayed here 5 days. Did not meet one staff member who was rude , and met many who took their time to ask how you was doing and have conversation. They shampooed carpets often when people left. My ONLY COMPLAINT was the pool was not cleaned. 5 days where there it was not touched. Was disappointed that we paid for hotel to swim at and wouldn't swim in it because it was too dirty.”
