“We Dry camped because of no amenities in an Rv (needs to be under 24 ') right after Memorial Day so it was empty and quiet the way we like it but this is more of a dirt bike and ATV park and all the trails are for them so it would be loud at a busy time. Loved campsite #10 and they have fire pits. Campground has 20 sites.one loop has 1-10 sites then another loop has 11 -20 . They do have vault toilets”

“Great location, property, and service. The rooms are very clean and the linens are fresh and so clean. I do request that the cleaning staff stop leaving the door to the rooms open during cleaning because that allows bugs and moisture to get in which I observed. While riding through the property, empty room doors were open even when there was no one cleaning them. Perhaps add a screen to the sliding glass door of all units and leave that door open with the screen closed to allow fresh air in. Would also recommend some type of food or vending options. None of these recommendations take away from this A1 establishment.”

“This is a quite park,the rvvspots have grass not concrete slab or not where we are. But does have washers and dryers on site, 2 showers . Thia is a mobile home park also with older models in it. Has wifi now it's slow getting on but has wifi, the maintenance is done weekly ,however some trash can be seen on the ground ,at times dye to it flying out of cans. Owner is vary friendly and maintenance is also. Vary reasonable prices”

“The location was perfect & right on the beach. The room we stayed in, unit 2, was perfect for the 2 of us. Mother & daughter. Clean & just enough space with a great kitchen. Only 1 downside was the pull out sofa mattress was so thin I felt like I was sleeping on the frame. Other than that everything was great. They even have a community room that you can borrow books, games & Movies.”

“We had our first stay here as they hosted out Cowboy Poetry entertainers, it is amazing. Love the decor in the cabins. The claw foot bathtub was awesome to soak in, besides they have hot tubs to enjoy if you prefer that. They did a pig roast for us and I don't think I have ever had better!”

“We had an absolute great time at Bourbon Barrel retreats. Just selected it for a night getaway as we hit up Buffalo Trace, Four Roses and had dinner in Bardstown. In addition to the uniqueness of staying in the Bourbon Barrel the room was super comfortable with a nice bed excellent shower and great amenities for an overnight or couple nights. We got the premium room with the hot tub but a rain shower and lightning storm prevented us from using it maybe next time. A great idea a lot of fun. Very clean”

“This motel is exactly what you hope to run into as a traveling worker with a small budget. It may be a bit outdated, but the entire place was very clean and kept up properly. Certainly one of the few cheap options for a place to stay in that area, but does not compensate like most motel owners on budget do. Room and towels, facilities and amenities all work and were very clean. Water is clean enough to drink, also never had to deal with unwanted or unruly guests. “Before you stay… get an understanding of the house. This is not just any Airbnb. The house was constructed specifically for the original owners, so it’s very unique to the property and the tall slim owner. For anyone wanting to experience the uniqueness and beauty of a Frank Loyd Wright house, this is for you! We stayed with our two adult daughters and thoroughly loved the experience. We especially liked viewing the sketchbook of the original owner, who was an artist and teacher. And the staff was wonderfully responsive to any questions or needs we had. Downtown Cleveland is just a short drive away for any museums or activities you need. Restaurants and grocery store are nearby. BUT be aware that if you are a light sleeper, you will hear the highway noise. Just bring a pair of earplugs and you’ll be fine.”
