“I got into one of the first units when it was built. Great space, structure, and modern townhome apartments. Best decision I made! Management and staff are friendly, professional, and responsive. I would've stayed here, but got orders to Germany. They made both the leasing and checking out process seamless. If I ever come back to Bellevue, I would definitely move back here! Great area and people. Walking trail around the corner with local access to store and base.”

“Vegas All Night was exceptional. I absolutely loved their professionalism, fairness, and punctuality. We were running late (Bridal party always is...) and they were able to make quick changes in the vehicles order of departure. They were quick to respond when we had questions and kept us in the know of when our drivers were on their way and arrived. Yes, drivers. We had 4 vehicles and 4 different drivers. Each one was charming and willing to ignore our excitement and singing during our 30 minute trips. I HIGHLY recommend this company for all of your Las Vegas needs.”

“I recently stayed at Phil and Faye’s B&B during a quick visit for a show in the city with friends. Their home is welcoming and cozy and they were amazing and attentive hosts! My room was quaintly decorated with lots of attention to detail and included everything needed to accommodate a comfortable stay, as was the shared bathroom – which was clean and equipped with all necessities! The neighborhood is very accessible to buses and trains in either direction and I felt very safe, even returning late at night. The breakfast provided was lovely and I enjoyed chatting with the hosts and other guests there during my stay. This place is a gem – a home away from home - and worth so much more, based on the service and accommodations provided. I plan to be back with my kids early in the Summer for sure!”

“Rooms are big and beds are comfy. The laptop work area and office chairs provide are fantastic. My only gripe is outlet placing. There is no place near the desks to plug in your laptop. This is an easy fix as the desks have lamps. Mount a small surge protected power strip on the wall near the lamp on the desk for an inexpensive and convenient solution. Nothing worse than my headphone and mouse charging station being in the bathroom and my laptop cord draped across the room to plug into the fridge outlet.”

“The best bang for your buck in DFW. Clean rooms, plush comfortable beds and cold A/C. The regular rooms are small in square footage, but priced right. They have all the expected amenities: coffee maker with coffee supplies, iron, ironing board, soap, shampoo, conditioner, AND lotion....... PLUS a refrigerator and a microwave. The front desk staff were always courteous and helpful when needed. Housekeeping was there if you wanted or needed them for something, but did not wake you up too early in order to get in and clean a room. I recommend the executive one bedroom or the jacuzzi suites. They're both the size of 2 rooms, have sofa beds and allow your family more room to stretch out for not a lot of bucks.”

“My mom and dad purchased plots from Dawn Valley from a door to door salesman in 1971. It seems that was their preferred method of shopping back then as I have the dictionaries, encyclopedias and brushes to prove it. Lol. They purchased based on location as it was near Bush Lake, which was a center point of fun activities we were doing as a family during the time. I imagine they also chose DV, because it is beautiful, tranquil, and surrounded by nature. This review is based on my mom’s funeral last week. Planning a funeral is no fun. It’s overwhelming, because of the timing and the unknowns. I can say without hesitation that my parents chose well. The staff of Dawn Valley was amazing. They made the process easy, smooth, and stress free. We feared pressure sales. Never did this happen and it was made clear throughout the process they would work with us and it would be perfect. The funeral itself was beautifully done. They chose a wonderful minister, who despite never meeting my mom made us feel like they knew each other. All in all, for a hard thing to go through they made it seamless and stress free. The perfect day for a immensely loved and missed mom. Thank you, Dawn Valley!”
