“I love it hear Iv loved hear about 10 yrs I walk my dogs daily and everyone in my he park is always so nice to me and my dogs the park manager Kate is such a blessing does so much for this park and the kids before her family here was nothing and the park is so clean now she keeps up with it for sure gets rid of the bad seeds that's drama that's just not good for the park , it's so nice I can get our walk my dogs not worry about getting hurt or my pets I don't have to see trash it's beautiful hear now I'm pretty grateful for everyone in the park and Katie for keeping this park safe clean and just a wonderful place to live and yes it's a mobile home park but it's my home ..”

“Great place to stay very accommodating for families. My grandparents had an orchard in the central valley so this place makes me feel very at home. The hosts are very kind and generous people. The rooms are clean and comfortable. and the price is very reasonable. They also sell raisins at the local famers market which are available to sample or purchase during your stay. The grounds are a beautiful destination for a wedding or special occasion as you can see if you search Kinabrew farms on instagram. Would definitely stay there again.”

“This course was fun and challenging. The fairways were well designed and required forehand and backhand shots as well as demand a good scramble game to get a par. Nice mix of open and wooded holes as well as long and short holes. Also, there is great signage and concrete tee pads. You will never need to guess where to go next. Lastly the owner Jeremy was very nice and offered some helpful advice for some of the holes. I will definitely try to come back.”

“The people who own the place are good people. This is quiet and family run.. It is on a main road in Hastings and is close to anything you want to do in Hastings. There isn't a lot of traffic there so its a good place to stay if you have kids also if you don't and are a smoker it is one of the last places around that offer smoking roomsm. The smoking rooms are completely separated from the non smoking rooms so it is good for both. ☺”

There doesn't seem to be enough parking for the people who live here. (Even though each house has a parking pad that fits 2 vehicles) management is amazing.”

“We came up from over 2 hours away and got the suit with the jacuzzi tub and it was AWESOME! Had a leopard bedspread which I thought was so cool!! Was a very big room and very “homey”. Room was clean and set up nice, with LED plug in lights above the bed, which I also thought was so cool! We had a great time here and everyone was very nice from check-in to check-out! “This place is really great, they've worked really hard to keep a park like natural setting: very shaded with a lot of trees and surprisingly quiet given the nearby highway. The owner is very responsive and seems genuinely interested in making it a great natural park to stay in. Full hookups and 50a in every spot! Bonham is about ten minutes away and McKinney is about 25 minutes away.”

“Very Nice, we had a 3 bedroom condo with a pool and a kiddie pool 7 inches to almost 4 feet with lots of water splashing areas for the children to explore their interest. We recieved wrist bands for 20% discounts on many places to eat and also access to the Water parks multiple. We did not go to The Water Mountain Park however we had access with the wrist bands. We did go to the Waterpark next door to our Condo which had a lazy river and adult pool plus the large child poolpark area where kids could play under parents supervision. Amazing day for us all. Very enjoyable! Peaceful and very relaxing for parents and children explored until they wore themselves out on all the available slides and wonderful splashing fun they could find. Also for us it was not crowded during the Week.”

“This is a Charming little bed and breakfast, hidden at the intersection of Market, Church, and 14th Streets. It's barely visible from the street, a single orange door is the entrance. A long stairway leaves you up into the building, which has rooms on the second and third floor. It's a converted old hotel, but it's very clean and cozy. I stayed in a single room with a double bed, it just had a bed, sink, TV and closet. I just needed a place to crash for my stay so it was perfectly acceptable, clean and quiet. Showers and water closets are across the hall, all clean and nicely appointed. And breakfast is served in the kitchen every morning. A nice collection of granolas, fresh fruit, tea, and bread. When I called ahead to tell them that I might be arriving early, they assured me my room was already ready, and I felt very welcomed. Public transit is literally right outside the door. I highly recommend this place as a good spot to crash when you're visiting the city.”

“We have been coming here 2 times a year for about 7 years and it's our favorite place to stay. Feels like home away from home. The office is always very pleasant and helpful. The location is perfect. You don't need to have a car because everything you may need it in walking distance. But if you have a car there is even more to do within a close or short drive. We have stayed in several units and they all have been quality. We will continue to visit as many times as we can!”

“I stood here two separate occasions and both experiences were wonderful. The rooms are a bit small but very clean. Rooms had a/c , cable t.v, comfortable beds. Some rooms have bathrooms for a little extra. The owner and his wife were so nice and professional. Very welcoming and took care of all our needs during our stay.
