We got a king suite on the first floor cause we didn't want to tell the kids to stop being loud but shocking enough you couldn't really hear people upstairs really only in the bathroom. This suite is huge enough that we even could fit a sleeping bag in the middle of the room with the sofa bed out without tripping over everything. Yes you can hear the planes all night especially since we were facing the airport but they weren't very loud for us, we slept right through them. I do recommend getting the app it made it so much easier with the digital key, and to check in and out.”

I pull up to the window to scan my code to redeem it and it wouldn’t work. The cashier kept trying to scan it but it wouldn’t redeem on his end. He was very patient and called over a manager. After some more attempts he just handed me the coffee without any charge and comp’d it. Sorry to have held up the line for everyone but I appreciate their efforts to help me and honor the promotion! Will be back.”
