We called, explained the situation and we’re granted access to the warehouse where they brought down all of our cases. They helped me go thru every single box to locate missing pieces. It was just very unfortunate that a daytime position was unavailable for me out of the Selma terminal when I moved to the Raleigh-Durham area. There was a small issue with a late charge being wrongfully added and taking 3 and a half weeks to get a refund is pretty annoying Thats why 4 stars ( make sure to get paperwork on return they are the busiest uhaul in town ). Once talking directly with Laurin the store manager it was corrected immediately. Aside from the late charge... Great service.”
