The museum is a state of the art archive and reenactment of all the major wars and conflicts that the United States has participated in. Both entertaining and educational. “Very informative. Told the history of the ship channel. Pointed out interesting sites along the way. There were two historical markers at the dock which told about the history of the area. They even had special things the kids could look at and match up to items they saw while we were on the water. Flags, ships, animals, etc. Free soda or water on the return trip back to the dock.”

“This is not a fancy place, but is a lot of fun none the less. Pinball and other games tucked away in the heart of this tourist area. It's a good way to spend an hour or so away from the crowds. It's nostalgic for those who remember games you inserted a coin to play. For the younger ones, it can be an exotic experience playing "antiques" that they only heard of or have seen in old movies ????”

Enjoyed very much the self-guide tour, which gives you sufficient information about the ship. More details can be found in the museum area. Very interestingly done!
