“An information center and historical site for anyone to enjoy. See and learn about the great struggles of those that risked and gave their lives to reach their chosen land. Very interesting and informative. There are a number of events scheduled here through the year. The gingerbread cookie contest is my favorite. Am I Mormon? Nope! Just enjoying a bit of historical Omaha. You should too.”

“This museum displays photography and early 20th-century camera equipment. They also feature contemporary exhibits featured on a rotating basis. Hugh Mangum was an interesting man. At the turn of the 20th Century, when life was incredibly difficult for the African-American community in the photographer used his camera to challenge racial barriers and capture the southern states of the US, this self-taught photographer used his camera to challenge racial barriers and capture the diversity of the American South. A great tribute to a courageous and compassionate photographer. ”

“Absolutely outstanding museum! The sinking of the Sultana was the worst maritime disaster in our country's history. My ancestor, Private Daniel Walker (pictured here) who fought with the 3rd Tennessee Union Cavalry, was aboard when it exploded (his body was never recovered). I was amazed at the collection of relics as well as the quality of the exhibits. The exhibits detail not only the disaster but the history of the steamer. This is truly a hidden Arkansas gem and well worth the drive to Marion.”

“Pretty awesome place to visit! The ice formations are remarkable and the lighting on the structures are very cool at night. Lots of areas to explore. There’s a hot beverage place inside to get a warm drink. Definitely dress accordingly, especially if you want to go down the slides. I would also look to buy tickets ahead of time to avoid tickets being sold out.”

“This was a great place to stop at off the beaten path to learn more about the history of the Cleveland Indians. This is a small museum that is run by volunteers that are very knowledgeable and friendly. It was amazing to see all out the artifacts they had on display as well as to learn that this was once a major league ball park. Definitely worth stopping if you are a Cleveland fan. There is off street parking for when you do.”

“A very awesome place to visit. Takes you away from the hustle and bustle of downtown and into nature. I love the escape and the kids are always wanting to go. The little exhibit indoors was a real surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed it and it is very informative. And the gift shop as well. Staff are friendly and really want to be there. If you haven't visited yet, and are stressed, especially with all this year has brought, take an afternoon and visit nature. A really great place!”
