“I’ve put up with a less than functional knee for 15 yrs. Lost thigh strength, hard to walk up stairs, back pain after sitting for long periods. A couple of weeks of specifically target exercise and my muscles woke up. After about 8 weeks, I really felt stronger and more functional. Casey and Collin know what they are doing!! I now walk better, climb stairs pretty easily, lots less back pain,lots less knee pain. Very excited I can do squats!!! At 72, you CAN teach an old dog new tricks! Nice staff, friendly, fresh surroundings. Loved it. And am continuing exercises at home. “Use it or lose it”. Highly recommend !!”
