“4 days before Christmas, I began hearing a drip in the wall behind my shower. After calling another plumbing company who told me he was too busy to bother with me, Nick responded he was just leaving a job and would stop by. Within 2 hours of calling, he found the leak, and replaced the cracked valve and even upgraded my shower faucets. Afterwards, we decided that the real culprit for the crack was my failing pressure relief valve, so he gave me an estimate to fix it and replace my old water heater, at the same time. After comparing his estimate, I discovered his price right in line with other plumbers, so I scheduled this work. Nick (and Nick) are very courteous, work very carefully and clean up afterwards so all you see is shiny new equipment and no mess to clean after they leave. I was very impressed with how thorough they were inspecting their work before they left. I would do business with them again (in fact, I’ve used them twice now and wouldn’t hesitate to call them first)”

“Scot is my go to on all things plumbing. He installed all my toilets, fixes all the pipes, installed my garbage disposal. My biggest problem was my basement was flooding due to poor drainage in my backyard. Scot suggested a channel drain to alleviate the problem. Hurricane Ida was heading our way and I was worried My basement would flood again and Scot came and installed the channel drain in the middle of the storm so I wouldn’t flood. You can see in the picture his superior craftsmanship. And he did it at a third of the price of his competitors. I highly recommend All Total Service Plumbing.”

“This business is a great example of "you get what you pay for." In the best way. They're not the cheapest but we saw where that money was going. Into the equipment, training, and people. We had a clogged main drain on a weekend evening. Craig was there in a relative flash and worked incredibly hard to get us back to normal. He tried three different methods and even called in a second guy to help. He truly went above and beyond. It probably wasn't the cheapest option we could have found, but after Craig was done, I was 100% confident that things were as good as anyone could hope to get them. The camera spoke to how very thorough Craig had been. Instead of a single camera inspection and calling it good enough, or charging us extra to use the camera, it was part of how he did his job and I could see the progress with every new try. Couldn't be happier with how our service call went, particularly considering how much of a pain drain service can be. McDonough's will be our go to from now on. But hopefully for maintenance instead of emergencies.”

“Just had the best experience with Chad at CPR Plumbing!! Our water pressure has been low since we moved in almost 3 years ago. He came over in the window of time we scheduled. He thought it would be a quick fix with the pressure valve but found we didn’t have one! So he went to each individual sink (4 of them) plus 2 showers and took out a little device that slows the flow of water. He was quick and so nice. I will definitely be calling again if the situation arises.”
