I have a nearly 100 year home, and there's a bunch of weird quirks - turns out these drains are one of them. Stan checked the curb outlets and the drains, and told me that we should get a scan done because we both couldn't find where the water went to. He didn't charge me, and wasn't pushy about anything. He cleaned up after himself, and even made a helpful suggestion about our ant problems! I appreciate his honesty and courtesy”
