“Wanted to give Lombard police 5 stars, I had my cell phone stolen during lunch at El Famous burrito. The man saw my phone left on the table while I was grabbing condiments for my food and decided to swipe it right off my table without me noticing. The establishment had cameras and did see the person pay with the credit card. So the officer came on site and was able to review everything in a professional manner. Long story short, The officer did follow through and was able to retrieve my phone after a few days. Thank You for the time and effort for handling this”

“Thank you Chief Foltz & Offier Slothower : On wednesday March 7, 2018, we had just shoveling our driveway for the first time while it was still snowing with hopes of staying ahead of the projected heavier snowfall to come. Shortly after coming into the house, we looked out the window and noticed that the snow plow had just plowed and left large mounds of snow at the entrance of our driveway blocking it. Somewhat upset by this, we called the township to voice our displeasure with hopes they could reach the snow plow driver by radio and ask him to come back to our address and remove the snow he had piled up infront of our dirveway. Due to the bad weather , the township offices were closed. However we were able to reach the Lower Pottsgrove Police Department, spoke to Beth to whom we communicated our concern. She reached out to her department and let us know she'd see what could be done if anything. In less than an hour we looked outside and saw the snow had been removed. We contacted Beth at the PD ( I hope we have the correct name) to thank her for being so helpful so quickly. It was then that she told us that Chief Foltz and Officer Mike Sloithower had come by and removed the snow. Our intention was never to have the PD come by and do this, at the most, find the Plow driver in our neighborhood and ask him to plow the snow he left.
