I had a problem with 2 packages that were going to be sent back due to "forward address being expired"--I do not even know what that means. However, Georgia was able to get my packages. She took the time to listen to my concerns and solved the problem with so much patience and a great sense of humor. From now on, I will only go to her for assistance!!”

Mr. Richard Hill is the supervisor my husband and I spoke with. He went through great lengths to help us with our packages and all our mail needs and said he would take it upon himself to make sure our mail started going to the correct place. “Every time I visit this location, I am greeted with a smile. They are polite and efficient, while I have had issues with my packages and mail, they have helped me to their fullest abilities, even having other clerks double check. While I am seeing a lot of negative reviews, I can say, I have seen some customers with bad attitudes come and go, the employees do their best to assist those customers and when the next customer is there they are greeted with a smile as well. Perhaps it is because I take the time to greet them and call them by their name, or perhaps it is because I realize they are human and can only do so much.”
