“I booked a passport appointment for my kid at 11:45 a.m. and we all reached around 11:30 a.m. I stand in the line, they verified my appointment and also scan/copy my details and ask me to wait for next available staff. Staff/Reviewer called me at 12:00 and verified all the details, took photograph of my baby and finally we did payment. This entire process took 1 hour and i'm out of this place by 12:30.
