“Since moving here in April 2022 the staff here are outstanding. The property is taken care of grass is cut and plenty of parking space. The swimming pool is clean and staff always takes care of any issues that happen. The renters seen nice and i have not had or seen any issues since i have moved in. I give thanks for the prompt service that maintenance ( Matt ) has provided. I had thought i lost my house key just the other day and went to see the manager Tammy. Tammy took the time to help me look for my key at the mail box then found my key in my car under the seat. Tammy is a great manager and the staff again are outstanding. I gave 5 stars but it should be 10 stars. I am happy i choose these apartments to live in.”

She knew we were buying on contingency sell of our California house. “I rented in one of their buildings (829 Tappan) for the past year and had a great experience! Any maintenance requests were addressed within 24 hours and were always satisfactory. Residents were always notified when there were any issues (like water being turned off for repair). The rent was extremely reasonable for a great location and large floor plans! Everyone I interacted with was professional, helpful, and kind!”

“A group of us stayed at Canyon Lake Retreat. There were deer at this location every night! In the mornings it was very relaxing. We also made s'mores at night. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was fully stocked. The house also had extra bedding and pillows to make you more relaxed. There are a lot of activities to do in the area. Guadalupe State Park is great for camping, kayaking, hiking, and swimming. Overall, this is a great, quiet location to stay at while on vacation.”

“Trapper is a great travel advisor to work with! Trapper always comes in under the advertised price on the cruise line sites. We have been booking trips with him for several years and have always had a great time. Most recently he recommended we try Celebrity Cruises and we couldn't be happier. We have sailed Carnival many times through Trapper and Celebrity by far exceeded my expectations! Food was amazing, service was top notch and I can't wait to sail Celebrity again!”
