“Woodlawn Meadows is a great community with beautiful homes. However, Maronda didn't use transparent business practices when selling their homes and left the buyers carrying the load. Maronda has great sales people and construction foremen. However, the Maronda Leadership located here in Cincinnati is nothing to be desired. Five Builders built homes in Woodlawn Meadows overall the community came together very well. If Considering Maronda...have paperwork reviewed by an attorney.”

“I enjoyed my stay here at Townsend Square Townhomes. The actual apartments are a good size for 2 people to live and is adequately layed out, even if the living room area is a little awkward. The downstairs area is all linoleum that looks like hard wood while the stairs and 2nd story are mostly carpeted, with the bathroom having linoleum tile. Linoleum is not my favorite, but it is definitely easy to clean. The management is kind and easy to talk to, and they quickly answered any emails we sent. Maintenance concerns were quickly taken care of and always fixed. They are slowly upgrading the place. Just a couple of months ago they replaced all the windows in the apartments with double panes which definitely helped with cooling and heating cost. We did on occasion have bugs (ants, cockroaches, spiders) which a simple email to the management quickly resulted in people coming in to spray. After 10 months the only things that persist are the occasional ant. My biggest complaint is when the weather gets warmer the people living here get loud, especially at night even if there is quiet hours laid out in the lease that everyone signs. This seems to not be enforced and can get annoying if you are trying to sleep. Just like any apartment complex your neighbors will make or break your experience. I was blessed to have kind neighbors who always said hi when we passed each other. From my experience, I would recommend.”

“I lived here for a few years and wished I could stay longer. I love Jennifer & Jose (maintenance). Actually, all the staff are nice & helpful. One thing I like about this apartment is that they do background checks --which helps me feel a little more comfortable of who my neighbors are. The area was well kept. If there was any concerns, they would take care of it. I just wish rent didn't keep going up. It went up $400 in the last 3 years! Also, I wished the walls were a little thicker. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay..”
