“I have been living at Fox Chase Apartments for 5-6 month. My experience has been pretty positive overall. The location is fantastic with shopping and its close to the highway, the grounds are beautiful and well kept, it is a very safe area/neighborhood, and the rent is competitive. My interactions with maintenance has been positive. The only negative would be, as mentioned in other reviews, that the apartments are a bit dated, but I wouldn't consider it significant enough to be a deal breaker, to be honest. I felt like leaving this review since there are a lot of negative reviews and this place definitely deserves a higher rating imo, although most appear to be specific to individual circumstances happening on/after moveout so I wouldn't know yet, to be fair.”

“I have not rented from Beta in over 20 years but still have great memories in this building. I dealt with all the family members and they were all quite humble and fair minded. Someone else said that the building was not up to their standards but the building was never amazing even in my time. I remember the elevator being slow even back in my day but then I say big deal. They could replace the elevator but then the tenant's rent would perhaps need to rise. You get what you pay for and that is what is so great about this building. The rent is perfect for businesses just starting out and I was happy that the option existed. If I know this family they will do anything that is reasonable to help out a tenant.”

Riverside Village along with Princeton Management have been nothing but accommodating and extremely generous to me and the needs I might have. Very lovely ladies at the main office, its a shame I don't remember their names but they extremely sweet to meet. When I requested to allow my pet to move in they not only were accepting of this but also were kind enough to have a picture of him included on there wall in the office. Maintenance responds within seconds and have always been extremely fast, efficient, and extremely easy to talk too. 5/5 If I ever do go looking for a new apartment, I'm going to hold them to a high standard.”
