“Is there a 6th star? Where do I begin with this review? Daria and Chelsea were recommended by a friend. We met while I was in AZ for a social event and my host intoiduced us. The first day, we toured several properties for an "orientation", since we were moving back to PHX after a long hiatus. The ladies were prepared, attentive, communicative and worked hard to get to know us and our needs. We found a home and placed a contingent offer, since our home in Boise was on the (declining) market and had not yet sold. Daria worked with the listing agent to keep him focused on the prize while our Idaho home languished on the market. She negotiated and extension on the AZ property and magic happened! Idaho sold --- we closed there on Thursday and closed Friday in AZ. OMG!!! Now we are moving in to our new place and, as new residents, need referrals for plumbing, roof, pest, electrical, pool, lawn --- whew!!! Where do we turn? You guessed it --- Daria and Chelsea. “I've been living here for a couple months now, These are the things i like about the community. All of my neighbors are extremely friendly and the location is in a great spot. Its close to all the stores you'll need to live your daily lives. (Target, Walmart, Meijer, Home Depot, Lowes, Restaurants, Fast-food chains, Gas stations) Its also located off of I94and M23 and M23 and Michigan Ave. Which are roads that can take you anywhere. The apartment themselves are good. Some of the things in the apartment was repaired poorly was prep bad. but with some work on my end the place cleaned up real nice. Everything to sign for the apartment is done online and the 2 workers at the front desk replies real quick with in the hour/day. The only downside its pricy where I come from but its due able for the area. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I feel like I could be giving more information with my first day handout about the complex. Like prices for covered parking, the community place time frames. What they offer. Just small things that can improve the community.”

“After our first time experiencing using Agate Bay Realty for our weekend rental at Lake Tahoe, we will be using them to rent all of our future rental homes for our yearly Tahoe trip! Due to a winter weather storm, there was a snow berm at the end of the rentals driveway preventing access. Before it was even time to check in, an amazing agent had already contacted us with the issue along with options for a different rentals to accommodate us for the night until they could have their snow plow remove the berm. Some of the options were more deluxe/expensive than our current rental but they assured we would not have to pay the difference and, if we chose, could stay at the new rental for the remainder of our stay if we chose. Thankfully the snow berm was able to be cleared and we checked in to our original rental on our first night with no other issues. The agent provided us with her personal cell phone number during all of this for quick assistance during it all. 10/10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!”
