“First I would like to say that since I moved in, in May 2022, I have seen 4 different property managers. Tiffany the current property manager, is a gem! She has really tried to correct my rent account (the original property manager didn't setup my account correctly). She has taken steps to improve the property. She has hired security, she is taking steps to fix the pool. Tiffany is alway a delight to talk to, she listens & I feel that she hears what I am saying. There are some issues with some of the neighbors, but that is not the properties fault. The rent amount is the least I could find at the time. Is the rent too high, YES, but that is a sign of the times. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable, polite, & professional, I have no problem with letting them in my home. All the issues I have experienced while living here were created by previous idiots working in the office. Tiffany has worked hard at correcting those issues. It seems she is also trying to get the best team she can with what she has to work with. This is my first experience with an apartment complex in 20 years, while it has been rocky, I feel that Tiffany is the best property manager I have seen. I work as an accounting manager & know that handling 250 + residents can be a handful, especially when their account are wrong & you have to fix it all. Tiffany has done an awesome job navigating these treacherous conditions.”

All of the staff are great, they all take their time to answer any questions you may have even when it's crunch time! Super friendly people who will do what ever they can to help you out. Special shoutout to Joe for always taking good care of us! P.S. even if it's super busy, it's worth the wait! They do have a children's room with movies, toys, and coloring books! “This may seem long-winded at first, but I promise it will be worth it to future renters/tenants, and even property owners. When my wife received PCS orders from South Carolina to San Antonio, in 2019, we had to find a rental fast. After Making initial contact with CLPM, we were able to get someone on scene showing us the property through Skype. We only later found out that this person was Marvin, the owner of CLPM, who was going out of his way to provide as much information and answers regarding the questions we had. After landing in Texas, once again it was Marvin who was the first person we had dealings with when we received the keys to our first rental here in Texas. From this point, any interaction or dealings we have had with CLPM have been nothing but stellar (But especially Marvin and Bruno, we can never forget about Bruno running the office). From bringing a portable A/C unit, when the one inside the rental failed, himself, to working around homeowner's evicting tenants during Covid (we were given minimal notice, but Marvin worked with us to find another property within 24 hours to switch our account over to), CLPM and its staff have always done everything they can to make sure we were taken care of, as well as maintaining the properties themselves. Our household cannot recommend Marvin and CLPM enough, and after three years of continual rental through them, they made our time in Texas great, even during some of the worst times our society had seen. Five stars all the way to Marvin and his company.”

“Super friendly staff! Hotel was close to shopping, dining, and beach access. Robert was knowledgeable about the area, offering several dining options as well as entertainment. Check In/Check out were easy and communication with him made after hours check in a breeze. Rooms are smaller (if you’re doing a bigger family vacation) but would be absolutely perfect for a couples get away. Living room area has a futon that my two oldest kids slept on while my youngest and I slept in the bedroom. Decor is cute and the amenities were great. Overall our stay was absolutely perfect and will definitely be one we come back to again!”
