Management(Susi) is awesome, she really cares about her tenants and also keeps the place looking really nice and is very attentive to her tenants needs. Landscape is awesome, pool is beautiful and always clean. Maintenance (John and Ryan) are awesome and very responsive to any issues to be fixed. This hotel was incredible especially since it was in the middle of a Bluegrass festival so the town was packed. Laura, the Manager was amazing and able to set us up in a room at the last minute. The Hotel was well located in the town with views of the river. The Staff was great. The restaurant, every though not part of the hotel ownership, was connected to the hotel and had upscale food at a blue collar price.”

“I can only speak for myself but living here for 4 1/2 years has been the best for my family. The location is great, the apartments are so unique from any other apartment because your clustered into different buildings rather than one large building with millions of stairs. The units are cozy, spacious, and overall beautiful especially the landscape. I loved getting up early in the morning taking walks with my baby just to see this beautiful green oasis. It was perfect to me. Some of the best memories of my life were made here!! (Sounds cheesy but it’s true) as for management, they were great to us! Lacender went above and beyond I appreciate her as well as all of the other staff they were all great to me! Thank you guys for everything!! I wish you all tons of success😊”
