“Dang! This place is AMAZING 😍 We came in for a late brunch today. The service was fast and friendly. The stuffed French toast is rich, and tender. The Florentine Benedict is a delight! Their hollandaise sauce is so well balanced. The house potatoes are seasoned well and crispy. Watching the staff work was amazing too. The cooks were clearly having fun with what they were doing, and no one stops moving. Wow. Neurodivergent heads up: as with many diners, it's very loud inside. Ear plugs helped. The lighting is not fluorescent, and is a nice relaxing level.”

The food here is delicious. I got a mild beef patty and a curry chicken patty the first time. Both were mild in spice but so flavorful on their own I also got a jerk chicken dinner and today (12/27/23) I got a curry chicken dinner. They pack the to go containers full of chicken, cabbage, and rice. It's enough for two meals and the price is just right. I honestly want to try everything here.”

The meat tastes high quality and the veggies were fresh. The only thing that wasn’t super great was the pickles. The antipasto salad was really good, but definitely not what I figured it would be. The one closest to me in Fairview has a pungent smell of Fabuloso mopping solution, and even though I get the food to-go, they scent usually curbs my appetite. Pretty dang good food. Mamas skillet was huge! I couldn’t finish all of it. Mostly picked out the good parts I like. I’m no cook but next time I’ll add a little salt and pepper for a little more variety of flavor. Bill came to $23 for two. Cheapest I’ve eaten out in a long time. It’s worth stopping in. Intestines on hot plate: Really yummy!! If you're not a fan of intestines this one is really approachable. They cook in in a savory sauce, and braise it so it has a squid-like texture profile. Jushan tofu: crispy!! light!! with a silky hot tofu interior!! XO rice rolls: Crispy, soft, full of that flavorful XO umami Definitely want to go back and try the rest of their new menu, everything sounded very good!!”

Greeted at the door with smiles and cheer, the restaurant itself has an old world feel to it. The staff were great, they seemed genuinely happy to be there. The food was what you would expect from a place such as Bob's. Well prepared, presents nicely, not flashy and delicious. My filet was perfectly pink and the glazed whole carrot was delicious as were the mashed potatoes. It can be tricky getting to the restaurant and parking is limited unless you want to walk a bit. Highly recommend the valet and get your ticket checked at the restaurant.”
