“This is a family owned restaurant. A real mom & pop joint. An older man that looks like he has wisdom in his knuckles & the presence of "Uncle Iroh" love runs the place. His food is always on point. A younger woman with a few lil kiddos runs the place when he is away. Her food is tasty but less of a perfected art. The woman is using the business teaching her kids valuable skills by allowing them to assist @ the register. I actually enjoyed watching her show her lil girl how to properly count change & the excitement of a job well done for the kid. Learning math & customer service right before my eyes. Other times the kids are doing hw or playing a game. This isnt a dine in place. I usually get a shrimp & chicken w/rice. Portion sizes are nice. I usually have left overs or share with my toddler. Family ran businesses are my fav.”

“I've bought fish here several times and it's always good, but today I actually ate their prepared food and a couple oysters. The food we got was great. We got clam strips, the fried shrimp platter, the stuffed blackened salmon platter and 6 oysters. Everything was very good. I would definitely recommend it to scratch that seafood craving itch.”

“I was nervous when I paid $50 to feed my family of 4 since most places have gone so far downhill but this place was great! My kids both ate all of their food (spaghetti and a corn dog) and I got a chicken stromboli that tasted great and had plenty of chicken in it. We will be back. Good food is hard to come by now so when you find it, you stick to it!”

“I had gone there years ago and was not impressed but, on my sister's suggestion, decided to give this place another try. What an improvement! So nicely decorated inside. The food was very tasty. The quacamole appetizer came in a little taco bowl and was topped with chopped tomatoes and onion. Yum! The server was attentive and friendly and overall we had a great meal. “Back in the 2000s the rage were those restaurants where you had these wooden placeholders with green on one side and red on the other. They would bring you meat until they closed or you gave up and told them to stop. The price was reasonable, and if you had the fortitude, the experience was one of a kind. Now that I am older I am very particular about what I put in my body and the types of cuts that are worth putting in. So when we found out about Luso which has an all you can eat (meat) option, I was ready to give it a try again. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff is helpful and patient. The food was great and memorable, I would like to go here again if it wasn't that far out in Long Island. They also have other entrees that I would like to try in the future. Definitely worth going to for the price.”

“It was a Tuesday so we said why not?? It was the best decision to go to The Taco Factory after some hectic Christmas shopping with our two year old. Instantly we were greeted to have a seat and the fresh chips and salsa arrived at our table with a friendly smile. The chips were delicious and instantly satisfied our busy two year old. We asked a couple questions that helped our make our order of two steak tacos, one street steak taco, a order of birria tacos and a side of rice. Just what I like, our food came quick and hot! “I good find just off highway 61. Country cooking with steaks, sandwiches, salads etc. full bar with decent price on alcohol. The Philly was not like any that I’ve had. Nice thick slices of ribeye, full of onions, peppers, cheese on a soft, sweet like a hamburger bun. Everyone liked their meals I neglected to get pictures. Good service from our server and several staff came to clear off plates as we were finishing appetizers and the meal. Last but certainly not least the Cheesecake was amazing, light and delicious. “Referred to the pharmacy next door and found this hidden gem. Walked in our first time thinking we would get some gorditas and call it good. Don’t you dare go here and not order a pambazo. They are amazingly delicious, especially with their red salsa right in the middle. My wife loves their gorditas and sincronizadas. Their melon agua fresca is perfect when they have it available. I saw some reviews of the quesabirria and honestly not a fan, my cats loved it though. I look forward to the pambazo every time I come here.”
