Our beers were served in frozen cups, which is a plus. All the staff we interacted were very friendly, specially Alma’s and Trini style food truck staff. Prices were on par with events/fair and maybe they will adjust the prices bit lower once the place starts to get more busy. There were only two food trucks for a Saturday night, but again there may be more options once it gets busier.”

“I’m here in Virginia to visit my family for a week and kinda craved Thai food. I found this restaurant on google maps and wanted to try. When I drove there I couldn’t find the restaurant because they don’t have a noticeable sign outside (just small one) so I missed it at first but it’s close to the theater. The food was so delicious. The taste was like real Thai food from Thailand. The staff was so nice and friendly (not sure if she is the owner) just make sure you check the hours before go there because they close after lunch and open again for dinner. 11:30- 2:30 pm and then 5 - 9 pm on weekdays.”

“This is a tapas place so be aware. 2 of the four tapas we selected were really good (steak with brussel sprouts and shrimp with plantains and slaw). One was ok (chicken and mixed greens) with the chicken being fried and really dry with only a lemon wedge to give it moisture. The gnocchi dish was really bad and we barely touched it. The sauce was really strong and the whole dish felt off. The place is small and gets pretty loud so if you're looking for intimate conversation it won't happen here on a weekend. We spent about $120 before tip for my wife's 2 drinks, an app tapas, 4 meat type tapas and finally a desert which we split. Oh and there is a $4 surcharge for credit card payments.”

“This restaurant specializes in southern Vietnamese rice noodles. Cha Zio(Chả giò, Nem) in particular is fantastic. Unlike ordinary fried dumplings or spring rolls, jjajo uses rice paper instead of wheat flour as the dumpling skin. Hot rice noodles topped with chopped coriander always come to mind when the cold wind blows. I order extra coriander and it's my favorite option. The inside is very clean and the owner is kind. I was satisfied when I visited with my baby. It is a popular place for office workers on weekday lunchtimes.”
