“This was our first time here today, when we walked in around 440 pm there was only 1 other family, by the time we were leaving there was 7 other family’s with 2-4 people in each party. The restaurant is ran by 2-3 people with 1-2 in the kitchen and 1 server. Food: the sauces on our pasta were to die for, there were two types of bread which I preferred the harder one (came with a tomato crème sauce), the tiramisu was amazing, and lastly the fried raviolis (I loved the inside and the outside was breaded with a tomate sauce). Price range: $16-30 a plate I would highly recommend this restaurant as the hostess are nice and polite, great atmosphere, and AMAZING food. Recommendations: with low staffing and busy times, they should put a pitcher of water on the tables. Adding either butter or olive oil & vinegar with the bread.”

“Yesterday, I met up with a friend to have lunch here. It was nice and clean. It was kind of empty and quiet other than us and a few other diners. Our waitress was kind and kept checking on us. My friend and I enjoyed their chips with salsa and their guacamole mexicano. It was delicious and fresh! We also enjoyed some frozen margaritas that were so delicious too. I had the Frozen Strawberry Margarita. My friend had the Frozen Lime Margarita. We plan to return soon. I hope our next visit is just as pleasant as this one.”

“This place is just sitting out there and you're missing out! It's a small tidy place with 10-12 tables seating at most 48 - 52 seatings available. All very close to each other for server to take care of you. I got here for lunch and for $10 after taxes (before tipping) for my Lunch portion of hibachi Steak and chicken that comes with rice, mix veggies, and tea with an option side that comes with soup or salad. I got the salad quick. While munching on that. My entree came out a few minutes after. It was simple, but cleaned and fresh! Plenty of ginger dressing on it. The entree portion for the lunch was generous! I was in and out in 20 minutes! I was super happy and full! 😁 Comparing this to the bigger hibachi table restaurants. This is the clear winner due to its pricing and taste! I only spent $10 for all of that! Other important notes: parking is Gravel/ dirt open lot. The curb is for employees and pick ups! Don't recommend parking here for dine-in! The path is through back of the building on a seperate road that you follow after turning left into the Plaza and left again on a small road onto the gravel. “I love it when I have a story behind a restaurant. I was on my way back to Thomasville from Winston and kept thinking. I wish there was something else in this area as far as a restaurant. I was really in a burger mood. I know about Cagney's which is great .. I worked hard this morning and really didn't want to wait until I was all the way back to Thomasville to eat. So when I was in the direct epicenter of where, I wanted to find a place. I saw a strip mall kind of back and up to the left. I thought the odds are small of something being in this place. But I've never been up here, so I'm gonna look. Sure enough there was a Thunder Road bar and grill. I had my apprehensions since I am a non drinker. But I guess the bar part is just open on. The bar part is just open evenings? So I wondered in this sharp but slight Is little sandwich shop. I was impressed the minute that I walked in the door without cleaning it was. The waitress was very prompt, friendly. Courteous and glad to answer my questions. And in a reasonable amount of time, I was served a true chargrilled burger on a brioche bun. Really nice. And they were happy to give me a salad instead of french fries. And I was happy to find out that it was true homemade buttermilk ranch dressing. This was a really nice experience and a really good fast meal. Again, this is another one of those. I would love it if there was a 4.5.... I will be back. I really loved the taste of the burger. OH! My meal - salad and drink was less than ten dollars!!!!”
