You can’t even really call her sales, because she is the COMMUNITY MANAGER who typically gets to hand these situations off. BUT she is doing the job of 20 employees easily and doesn’t even break a sweat. Nor complain. Just greets you with a smile and you can tell she has pride in her community and wants to see it be great. I explained to her that I made the decision to move in truly after our first conversation just based on how we vibed. But when I turned the corner on Whittaker, and realized my sons school was at my right. And pulled into the community and noticed the SUN WAS VISIBLY SHINING BRIGHTER I was sold. We are renting now, but as soon as we get the green light, we will be purchasing our first home as a family! And I’m honored that this is where we’ve chosen to start our next chapter. If you are considering a forever home, or at least some comfort before you buy, WHITTAKER OAKS is what you want 🥰”

“We stayed at the park for 28 days. We were very satisfied with our stay. The office staff were very polite and the maintenance guys were spectacular! Mike met us on arrival and escorted us to our site. “Chuck” was so sweet and caring. You are lucky to have him on staff. We had a fire ant problem and he came right over! “The lady working here is very sweet and friendly. Wish I could stay at the park longer. For a pull through site it was $36. If you have triple A or are or was in the military they offer $4 off a night. The sites have asphalt and are really nice and level. They have pull through sites and back in sites. They also have a pond. The vibe from this place is peaceful and welcoming.”

“Price was $18 for the day Some pros: - The beaches are sandy and clean. I've gone to other beaches in the area and they seem to have more muddy waters. - This lake is gradual so you will go from shallow to deep water gradually and wond have to worry about sudden drop off. - Even on a hot weekend, there is room but you may need to walk a bit. Some cons: - pretty packed on the weekends. - The lake has receded so you have to drive on sand to find a good spot. If you have a FWD car, be careful where you drive as you can get stuck. For the most part, you don't have to worry as long as you stay on the harder parts. - Because the lake has receded, you have to walk around to find a good spot so bring plenty of water for the walk. Overall, it is clean and was a great time.”

“This is an attractive and well kept RV Park. There are a couple of unequally applied rules that are minor enough that I wouldn't knock it down from 5 stars. The reason for 4 stars is really out of their control. They are across from an airport that files helicopters constantly; even into the early morning hours. Also, there are several feed lots fairly close by and when the wind is in the wrong direction the odor is significant.”

“Quiet park good people clean and well kept the rent is less than all places and fair I lived here three years at 500 an this year because of the economy it went up a little still way less than other parks Russ and Shelly the managers are great and willing to help if needed… don’t believe the negativity in other post …they maintain and keep the trash out of the park…I like it here… I’m coming back next season…”

“Today was my second experience with this company and I have to say, they are fantastic! Previously they repaired water damage from a shower leak as well as under home damage caused by critters. Today was a water heater replacement. They are responsive, reasonably priced and provide quality work. The guys were professional and took care to make sure everything was tidy before they left! I highly recommend these folks for all your mobile home service needs.”

Location is not in the best area of Tulsa but the park itself felt very quiet and safe. Would stay there again!”

“We wished we could have stayed longer to explore, but this was our home base as we explored LA. It’s newer and well-maintained; clean concrete sites and lots of amenities. As we were heading out there were a lot of families participating in some activities in the commons area. Very cool place with a ton of potential right next to the water. They had a bait and tackle shop and storage for RVs on site. We would love to come back from the east coast again sometime!”

“Love Buffalo Rv Park in Rockport TX, Clean, lots of space private and quiet best type of camping and living with all the Trees and walking trails. Close to shopping and the location right off 35 makes traveling to the other cities a breeze. Would recommend this park staying for a couple months glad I found it on google.”
