Not really a great park to ride a bike in because there's a lot of deadends. The 2 parks around us are a lot better to ride in. Rents to expensive and going up again soon. We bought our place kinda in a rush last year when we moved because everything was selling quick. Would I buy here again? Maybe, but I would definitely look around at other parks.”

The gentleman who checked is in was super helpful and nice, and the campground itself is very new and will laid out. We backed up into some trees and had a great view. This is a perfect spot and the drive through Victor and Cripple Creek is nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
