“This is a hidden treasure. They have a grand recreational area that you can rent out and have huge events. Indoor tennis courts, basketball area and other activities you can play. The facilities are clean and bathrooms are conveniently close. Full connections and they even have stagecoach rooms you can rent out. I’m surprised the occupancy here is very low. I went on a holiday and it was about 20% full. I loved it.”

“Looking for a place for my dad... We knew we had found it when we visited the park and then we met Chris and we knew it was the perfect place. Chris (manager) brings such a sense of warmth and soul to the entire park. She works tirelessly to ensure that the residents get meals during the holidays, she goes above and beyond for the residents and truly cares about her neighbors and the park. My dad can not say enough amazing things about Paradise Village. He loves how quiet the entire community is. The trash cans are your typical dumpsters with the sliding door and are very easy accessible. All the neighbors are so friendly when we pop by. This has been the best decision we made for my dad. I'd recommend this community and the management to anyone. It's clean, well maintained, and the management has is amazing at communicating with the residents. There's always a friendly Wave when we drive by, if you're looking for a place for your loved one, this is it.”

“Could not be happier, This place is family owned and operated. You don't have to deal with some management company in new York, if you have an issue you can deal with the owner who is good as gold. Very well managed and maintained. The owner really cares about the residents. Snow is always plowed, grass is always cut, and lot rent is very affordable. Thank you Lee, your park is the best!”

“3 years ago I gave a review about Grand Missouri that was a little negative about the management in play then and how all the parks amenities, pools, clubhouse, weight room were always closed to the residents. This was pre Covid-19 so I couldn't see why these amenities were no longer available for residents to enjoy. Poor management seemed to be the culprit. Fast forward to present day and I can tell you that the whole ambience/ mood of the park has dramatically changed for the better. What a difference the new management has done with revitalizing this community. The Clubhouse is available to residents and pools and weight room should be coming available very soon. The difference being that this manager has a plan and she along with the owner are on the same page with what needs to change, how to implement these changes that will provide all the residents the amenities we all can enjoy as well as always striving to provide a safe family oriented community. Good job!”

“Gulf Breeze Trailer Park is everything you could want in a mobile home facility. Helen, the lady who owns and runs it, ensures a peaceful atmosphere with a friendly smile and as much, or as little, personal attention as you require. She, her son Peter, and their crew keep the grounds very attractive. The location, in the heart of Old Port Aransas, is in walking distance of shops and groceries and about 4 blocks from the beach. We feel very lucky to have found this small enclave and would not consider leaving.”

“It was our 4-year anniversary so we booked a private pool session for 1.5 hours. It was such a great experience! Very clean, tranquil and fun environment! The scenery is beautiful. We enjoyed our soak and had fun with the pipe waterfall and basketball hoop. Highly recommend!”
