“Town and County Mobile Home Village is an upper-scale retirement village of forty-five homes. Residence are fifty-five years or older and there are guidelines for mobile homes accepted into the village. Mobile homes must have vinyl siding and pitched roofs with composition roof shingles, or tin roof. There are three or four older style mobile homes that were grandfathered in, prior to the new standards. Most home owners have down-sized from standard houses and Town & Country Mobile Home Village meets their needs in a quiet, safe, friendly, and clean environment.”

“What a great little park! It is minutes from everything important in Bastrop, yet still manages to feel pastoral and isolated in the way you want a park to feel isolated. The owner/manager is a very wonderful lady who seems to really care for her guests. I highly recommend this park if there is a spot available to you!”

“We enjoyed our 1 week stay here. The campground is huge with lots to offer. You can read the list of amenities- plenty to keep everyone entertained. The staff was kind. The grounds were well kept. The dog park is the largest we have ever seen at a campground-so nice. We did not have sewage hookup since none were available when we arrived so we did use the bath houses. Some were cleaner than others so we just made the drive to the better bath house. Internet service in the area was okay. We would definitely stay here again...we plan to.”

“We stayed here for a month and being new to the RV Life, they made us feel right at home. The office was polite, courteous and went above and beyond to help me out. The bathhouse was clean and the entire property was very well maintained and the maintenance staff is very polite and respectful as well. Make sure you don't leave your dogs poop bags on top of the trash can though like my neighbors did. That was funny though! Very family welcoming property and we will be back for long term in a couple of months. Thanks for the impeccable service!”

“It's a nice and modern park with a neat pond with year round birds. Some people do drive a little too fast through the park. Do not park on the street. Outside you do hear quite a bit of traffic noise from the freeway but inside it's quiet and there is little crime and friendly neighbors.”

“I didn’t camp here,but I drove by here and have drove by several times before,when EQT was having the transmission station built and now recently when I went out here to deliver stone again. Again I’ve never camped here,but I sure would like to,cause from what I see from the road going past it,it looks like a very nice place to camp at. It appears very clean and very well kept!!! So I wish I had stopped and taken some pictures,next time I’m out by here I will,but I would love to camp here and if you’re planning on taking the family camping check out this place,I think you’d be happy in coming here,at least that’s what I think so far and if something changes my mind or solidifies my opinion,I’ll definitely post something in regards to either thought,and if by chance you go here before I can ,please let me know what you think.”
