“What can I say? It's pretty clean, quiet considering it's right off the highway. It's really inexpensive. This is the second or third time I have stopped here. Just one night as I travel south or north. It's not a ritzy place but the owner is nice. There isn't an office, he will stop by in the afternoon. Full hookups 30, 50 amp, water and waste.”

“Have only been staying here a few days but don't plan on leaving anytime soon. The owner is amazing. Her and the maintenance man, "Cowboy" helped us out a lot. We ran into a big problem when we first moved here that wasn't really our fault or theirs, but they helped us greatly to get the problem taken care of. These people actually care about you and aren't just out for your money and will make you feel at home. Can't say the same about the RV ranch down the road. This place is gorgeous and a hidden gem. You'll see all kinds of birds and wildlife and their cows are free range and will come pretty close too! Almost don't want to write a review cause I don't want too many people finding out about this place haha. The only thing is to make sure you bring stuff to level out your camper because it's on a bit of a hill/slant. We had no issues getting up the dirt road here.”

“Management is easy to work with, very efficient and accommodating. Lots are very large, easy to set up and connect in, plus plenty of space for any activities. While short term (weekenders, couple of week stays) will surely be accommodated this is a perfect RV park for long term - contract workers. Quiet and peaceful but very friendly residents! While the park doesn't offer typical campground amenities, the rates are very reasonable. Would most definitely stay here again.”

“This is a wonderful trailer park. I Purchased here about two years ago and I feel so safe in a community. During the summer months there are weekly events happening at the clubhouse. Residence play pool in the afternoon and the Saturday night cocktail hour is friendly and inviting. During the winter months, there’s a core group of residents that live here full-time and they are very friendly and helpful. We dig each other out from the snow.”

“This is a very nice park. Super clean. Sites were wide and long enough for our 40’ motorhome. Near the interstate, but it was plenty quiet because of the nice, big tree borders. We got in late, so had very little contact with staff, but Glenn did greet us (after hours), and led us to our site. We’ll stop again.”

“Absolutely loved our stay at Hammondell Campsites and RV Park. This has been the friendliest, most hospitable site we have been to in forever. Pat, her husband, Wendy and the rest of the staff was such a pleasure to work with. From the moment we arrived they made us feel at home, and even helped us setup our RV. Our RV site included water, electric and sewage hook-ups, and even cable TV. The site was very spacious and well lit, with a beautiful picnic area we really enjoyed. The pool was super nice and clean, and it's open from dawn to dusk. They also have laundry facilities, and activities hall. We fell in love with how safe and light the place felt, the people were all friendly and almost everyone we saw had pets, this was the perfect site for our weekend get-away for our daughter's birthday. Hammondell is about 3 miles from Legoland.”

“Great people, Super clean and Super Well Maintained. From Craft and Art Fairs at the Clubhouse, to Santa bringing all the local neighborhood kids a unique present, And there's always more... A Fantastic BBQ, For all the Residents free of charge, only thing you have to bring is a desert to add to the hundreds that are there! Thanksgiving is a true feast! Again , bring desert to share and a side dish and you'll be stuffed just like the bird! The clubhouse is so much fun, pool table with TV for watching Sunday football or whatever you'd like, workout room with tv, a quiet area to just sit and read if you'd like, a computer to surf the web and do some shopping, a banquet hall that'd used for various celebrations, a library, Full use of 2 very large pools and jacuzzi with showers- the lap pool is heated and the bigger pool closer to clubhouse is not heated but very refreshing and fun to hang out and watch the grandkids, kids, family play! There is a basketball court, playground" bbqs, and on the Pantano Vista side, a quick 3 minute drive, there's another heated pool, very nice, with chaise lounges, showers and a beautiful landscape to boot. Mount Lemon and the Rincon mountains are practically in your back yard (see pictures) Don't forget there's Christmas light decoration contest, where you can win cash-real cash (we've won, ummm I think it's the 4th time but never #1... Yet ;) Just drive thru our gates, security runs 24 hrs a day and see what they have to offer. You will be Happy you did!!! (Stop by our in-house Real Estate agent, *ask the clubhouse* and get some more information to take home... It will be the Best decision you've made today!!!
