Indoor spa is a Wonderful place to Relax after a Long hard Day... with very powerful Jets! This park is #1 on my list! With Lots of Good Rules too! That's why this park runs like a very well kept! Very Clean! Manufactured, mobile home Establishment! No Trash, or Junk Anywhere! All modular or Double to Triple wide mobile homes are nicely painted with Beautiful landscape! Very nice Nabors, always cheerful and friendly! At first I said, "No Way! would I ever consider raising my son in a, "Trailer park!" ???? BUT then I noticed how well the managers ran the park, and maintenance maintain the grounds! Along with, "LOTS OF RULES!" to weed out the tipical, "trailer Trash" people...???? And I said WOW!! This is NOTHING like I imagine!!! So I want to give a special Thanks! To the Wonderful Management, and Hard working Maintenance Man, of The Bel Air Mobile Estates! for keeping and maintaining the #1 BEST! Modular/Mobile Home Establishment I've Ever Seen! “We have been here at Live Oak for about 5 months. We are very happy here. The park has beautiful grass areas, lovely trees, is quiet and family friendly. Sarah is always super helpful and very nice. MR. Willard will make you feel like family. He has taken my trash down for me, makes sure I get my packages, is great with the kids, and always lets us know we should feel safe and if not make sure to contact him right away. The park is very clean, affordable, and fast reliable wifi is included with rent. I would definitely recommend this park to anyone looking to come to the area!”

“My husband and I love camping at Loyd Park. We tent camp and can find shady campsites and a lot of them are secluded. That's important for us. We usually stay for about 7 days. We have a lot of camping gear so it takes us awhile to set up and take down. They have upgraded some bathrooms and they're really nice. Separate rooms not just stalls. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a store where you can buy things that you might have forgot and you can rent kayaks. You can bring your own firewood or buy theirs. The sites have a covered picnic table and firepit and usually a grill. Come stay here for camping or a day trip. You won't be disappointed.”
