“Took an airboat tour here. First time on an airboat and it was great! Kevin was our driver/guide and he was fantastic, he knew exactly where to go to find some gators and other animals. We saw a lot of bald eagles (even some of their nests), birds of all sorts, gators (large and small), bison, deer, turkeys, and a turtle. We did the early tour (9:30) because that's what they recommended when we called. A little tip though, even if it feels warm out, it was a little chilly on the water when the boat was moving.”

“We moved in to Spring Hill Estates a few months ago. They were amazing during our application process . Kat took the time to show us a few houses until we found one that was perfect for our family. They didn't rush or pressure us. When we found the home we liked our only complaint was there was no dishwasher so they went above and beyond and installed a dishwasher for us. We could smell an odor of cat on the carpet in one of the rooms and after they had it shampooed twice we could still smell it so they had the carpet replaced for us with no questions asked. They truly went above and beyond for us and made our move in very easy and made us feel like we were welcomed and home. The park is very quiet and clean. We have no complaints and would recommend anyone to live here.”
