“A piece of my heart will always be in Rancho Monserate. I don't like the term mobile home because it sounds like it's a trailer and these are manufactured homes that you can barely tell the difference between a house and one of these and the interior are really nice and the exterior is looks very nice. An awesome place to live. Gorgeous golf course and surrounding area is just nature packed and so beautiful. Lot's of options like swimming in the pool we're going into the jacuzzi overlooking the golf course, playing golf, tennis or pool. Plenty of nice people to mingle with and make new friends. It's like being on vacation all year round. ????????????????”

“This is the first place we have been to with our new camper. We went for Memorial Day weekend and we loved it! We have 3 kids and 2 dogs (who are large), and it was very comfortable for everyone. The pool was nice and my girls spent hours swimming. The spaces aren’t to cramped and everyone seemed respectful of each other. It wasn’t over crowded and the staff were really friendly. I just hope they get the store in the felt done soon.”

“I stayed here for a couple of months while I worked in the East Houston area. Its a very peaceful RV park with owners that work hard on maintenance and improving the property. There is a large pond in the back that is said to be full of fish although I didn't have time to get back there to try. The RV spots are concreted with large grass areas in between. I really enjoyed my short stay at this calm and quiet location not far off I-10.”

“Nice, save and quite place to live in. The tenants are good people and you don't need to worry about trouble makers or other problems. And our manager Dita is outstanding. She always helps the tenants when needed, tries hard to cut us a good deal with Chris Welsh, the park owner, and her children Kilian and Audrey are her best helpers. My son and I are leaving and we will miss all of you and keep you all and the park in our memories. After all we have been here about a total of 11 years but moving now to be close to our relatives out of state.”
