“My name is Steve Lawson. My wife & I have lived here in West Wood Mobile Park for approx.7 years now..Before speaking to the Land Lord about renting here Our Pastor Gina, my wife & I prayed in front of the office & asked God to give us favor. Then we met the Land Lord Gene & Sandy Bowman. They were very nice to us & walked us to a few different mobile homes to give us our choice. Each mobile home was very clean & attractive. The monthly rent here was way more reasonable than any other place we considered renting. Plus free city water, free WiFi. I have never seen a more experienced maintenance man as well as harder worker as our Land Lord Gene Bowman who works everyday keeping this park 100% clean, safe, & maintained. We have fortunately made really good friends with many of our neighbors here, & everyone here is nice & friendly. The owner Bill loves animals & takes much concern in giving us a very nice clean friendly park here. It is drug free here. There is also a very low crime rate percentage here, with a very good monitoring system to keep out illegal activity, which keeps us feeling safe here. We are very blessed that the Lord gave us favor 7 years ago & allowed us to live here. Sincerely Steve Lawson”

“My husband and I stayed here for the first and we loved it. First time we came to this area we fell in love. The owners of Carter's are wonderful. We are even wanting to buy a home in the park. Lots of restaurants within a few miles. Must visit Flagler Ave for shops, restaurants and fun night life and direct access to the beach. Very short drive to Daytona as well. Great place to enjoy during bike week. Great boat ramp at Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge for a $10.00 fee.”

“Trailer Park Rules 1. No cars up on blocks for longer than three weeks. 2. No changing your oil in the street. 3. No loud and wild parties without inviting the manager. 4. You may have no more than 3 beer can wind chimes each only having no more than 6 cans each. 5. Drunkenness will not be tolerated in the streets prior to 10 am. 6. While outside of your trailer you must be at least partially clothed.* 7. If you prefer to clean your trailer in the nude, please close the curtains. * 8. When bringing in the Jerry Springer or COPS film crews, please provide the management prior written notice so that certain residents may be forewarned. 9. Empty beer bottles should not be discarded on the front lawn. However, they may remain there until you are sober enough to collect them with the understanding you will collect them within 7 days whether sober or not. 10. When bringing dates home to your trailer, please be advised that in the event the sidewalks need to be repaired or replaced due to the weight of your date, you will be responsible for all cost incurred. Note* (Exemptions to rules 6 & 7 may be provided to women between the ages of 18 and 35. Please submit a photograph to the manager for approval.) “This was our first visit to this park. We stayed for three nights over Memorial Day weekend. We met Micah and Olivia who are both wonderful managers. They ensured we had everything we needed. The park was clean, well manicured and decorated for the holiday weekend. They through a nice pool party on Saturday and there was live music all weekend as well. Highly recommend this place!”
