It's clean, well maintained and a nice large Clubhouse for those that want to have a gatherering of friends and family for special events such as birthdays anniversaries, Etc. Residents own there on homes but do still have to pay an average HOA of $1,400.00 - $1,600.00 monthly for their space and services.”

“Best campground we have stayed at by far. The owner and employees go out of there way to accommodate. Very clean and quiet campground.. I would recommend this campground to everyone it’s definitely a five star. Beautiful cabins, and kayaking on the Brandywine to the huge pool. Can’t forget the Saturday night ice cream social. “My visit was just a drive through while out taking pictures at night. The area seemed quiet and appeared clean so I felt like it's friendly enough from the outside. There is the well placed lake on the west side. I think Springdale is the name of the neighborhood and the lake is named the same. I didn't see any tables or picnic areas around the lake to my guess is that it's not recreational. Still, a nice visual though.”

“The place is nice and kept up well. Only thing that upsets me is that they can tell you that your breaking a community rule but they can have the dirtiest office building. The building is at the entrance and it's full of green mold. Clean the place already! I'm ashamed to invite people.”
