The grounds are well kept and everyone can have lots of fun at the clubhouse, where they hold weekly Project Linus quilt sewing meetings, many many scheduled activities to attend as well a a fantastic park bbq that's free to all tenants, a fabulous Thanksgiving dinner where your just asked to bring a dessert, Santa Clause always comes to see the kids, there's a pool table, the largest of the pools (3) and a heated huge lap pool, a jacuzzi, bbq areas, a playground and a basketball court, and the staff are amazing!”

“First mobile home community I've ever lived in. Was a bit nervous due to everything you hear about "trailer parks". Lived here for 2 years now. Very clean park, well maintained, quite and peaceful. Nice neighbors, great managers who are very responsive. Due to inflation, prices for housing is skyrocketing. I have a 2 bed/2 bath place that costs me less than a decent apartment. Lot rent + all utilities average me $700-$800 per month. I looked at cheaper parks and yeah they were a bit scary. This one has a swimming pool, playground, basketball court, free car wash, laundry room, vending machines including purified water filling. 3 mins from the freeway so quick easy access to most places. Very happy I ended up here.”

“Friendly staff. Woman owned park! It’s a small community and everyone is very friendly. Of all parks I’ve stayed at, I super loved the feeling of community here. The wash room is fast and convenient. Location is amazing. Great ocean breeze. A little ‘old school’ with the keys and garage doors openers, and hand written correspondence, but I actually appreciated all of these touches after a few days there. You really feel like family or a community here. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. ❤️Manager is named Nancy or Linda, I believe. She was such a sweetheart! ❤️❤️ The owner is a very direct and friendly woman — and that is very much appreciated! Love this place!”

“Beautiful and conveniently located campground that is close to Grand Canyon West, Hoover Dam, Lake Meade, and just a few hours from Vegas. Highly recommend if you are looking to visit these attractions or get away from the city lights. Mike was great, knowledgeable about the area, and hospitable. If you’re looking for a spacious spot with an outdoor area to enjoy, this may not be the place but for a short stay it’s great. “We had a great time staying here. Owner was great with communication. Gravel lots with paved terraces. Pretty good water flow and surrounded by trees. Small lot too so minimal noise other than the neighboring cows and geese at the vet next door which is great if you have pets. The vet is actually amazing. Great location and price. Oh, and there's an RV service department not one minute from the site which is great if you need something fixed.”

“This is an amazing community. Neighbors know each other and are friends. They watch out for each other and help each other. There are friendly group activities multiple times each day. There is golf, cards, cribbage, bingo, and shuffleboard to name a few. The pool is beautiful, and the community works together to maintain their beautiful area. Finally, the HOA for this community is less for a year than most other places are a month. To me it's a no brainer, when my husband turns 55 in 4 years, this is where we plan to be.”

“I have lived here at Redwood Estates in Fort Worth for 19 years, I have seen a lot of good and bad things happen, and a lot of managers come and go, hopefully this time when we get a manager they are good and will work with the people that live here and get things done for us. I also want to say a BIG thank you to Kim and Frank our maintenance crew. When we were without water because one of the water lines broke, Kim checked on us and she brought us water in gallon jugs so we could get by until the water line was fixed. They are a big help to this community. They are always friendly and always checking on us to make sure we are ok.”
