“I rent to own a mobile home in one of there parks for the past 3 years and I must say out of all the landlords I have had Monty has been the best. When I first saw my place I wanted brand new siding,skirting and recoat the roof he was very reasonable with the pricing and was willing to work with my budget which I so appreciate, I am a single mother who works and doesn't receive any government help or child support. If you feel if the price is out of your budget he will work with you I couldn't afford the monthly payments at first but he was willing to work with me by putting more down and increasing the years by 2. One thing I must say is Monty has a big heart anytime I have needed advice or help he has always been there for me and my daughter. Just last week my car battery died and he came right on over to jump it for me. This winter my furnace went and he came down that day to see if he could fix it himself which since I rent to own it's not his responsibility but he still came right over and when he realized it wasn't something he could fix he recommended a friend who installed a whole new furnace system in 2 days and the cost was $600 less than any other quote I had gotten. I'm so sad to hear that others have bad experiences but honestly I love my house and Monty has been nothing but great to me for over the past 3 years.”

They had our lights, heater on in our cabin upon arrival and the hot tub was fantastic! We used all the outdoor cooking setups and fire pit during our stay. Highly recommend this KOA and all the cleanliness, excellent guest service will bring us back to visit.”

“Clean Landry place with a big table to fold. SUPER CLEAN smells great too. The dryer will dry more if you add more coins. The area is nice and peaceful. Husband wants to move out he feels like watt prices are too higj...but people seem to be friendly and nice nobody bugs nobody. People drive slow here cautions of the children...family own business. No issues with watts was too high other then that great spot”

Every Halloween, the manager always gives out bags of candy for all the kid's whom are out & about trick & treating. Hope to see more kids next year🙂.”

“Very friendly nice people! We were there on Christmas eve and day. Don and his wife left us a tin of Christmas cookies and a card wishing us a merry Christmas. We had a nice concrete slab to park on. Full hook ups. Reasonably priced. Quiet. Assistant manager Lisa was so helpful to us and a sweet lady. Would recommend this place!!”

“We have lived here for almost 3 years, and I must say that the new owners are doing everything they can to improve the community! When we moved here, there was just as many abandoned and rundown mobile homes as there was occupied! People just moved off and left everything in their homes, the doors were standing open and the yards were atrocious! Not to mention the roads...you had to dodge car size potholes just to get through! The new owners have repaved the roads and hauled out at least 17 mobile homes and replaced them with new ones...and a couple are double wide...and they still more scheduled to be pulled out of here! They have also made residents clean up their yards and patios, only allowing patio furniture and grills! The park manager was a joke, as was the "maintenance man", and I actually still have the tools he left here to run to the hardware store...3 years ago! They quickly replaced the park manager and the one who took her place is the best! She, and the owners, aren't tolerating drug activity either, and have evicted people just for that reason! They have also put in a new sign and flagpole at the entrance, along with a fence. We are very happy here, the place is quiet and our neighbors are the best! And they only raised the lot rent $20, which I will gladly pay because of the improvements.”
