“Campground is very clean. The staff and the campers are very nice and helpful. There's a lazy river with a swim up bar. They do provide a limited amount of floating tube rafts but a few people brought their own in case they ran out. No one complained and it was allowed. They even have an air tank so you don't have to blow up your rafts. They do sell food and drinks by the pool area. The pizza was good. There are covered areas with chairs, tables, and lay out areas. Very nice campground and worth it for everything that comes with it.”

“Stayed here a couple of months while working. Peaceful & quiet. Located out in the county with beautiful spacious lots next to the creek, with large lawn area to take our pets out. Within 10 minutes to the quaint town of St Francisville, and historic plantations. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay & will return.”

“As with all rents, ours have increased. Utility bills are up too. Our manager, Marilyn Mansfield, is a sweetheart. She is given nothing but grief from management and tenants alike. She does her very best with the limited resources she is allowed. Our maintenance man, Diego, is a blessing. Once the owners approve repairs (the owners are slumlords) Diego and the crew are awesome. We do have problems getting things done once they break. We find it is fewer headaches to hire a professional and eat the cost. You will not get anywhere trying to convince Valerie otherwise. The trailers are very old so they have issues. Previous tenants may or may not have taken care of the coaches. We love our little coach. We enjoy the quiet, our neighbors, and the beauty around us. There is an issue with being this remote. We are difficult for delivery, taxis, and everyone else to locate. If you do not drive count on constant problems and frustrations. Mapping services are wrong and send people elsewhere or drop them off on Highway 74. We have been here since 2016.”

The options they have for buying a home, the process for this, the homes they offer, are all out of this world. The mobile home park I’m in is very clean and quiet! The park is Big and plenty of driving room. I was very lucky to get a home right next to some goats right outside my window. Thank you so much ladies! I will recommend you to everyone. “We loved staying here! The cabin was very nice! Plenty of room. Loved that it was fully stocked! All you need to bring is food and drink. Everything else is there. Perfection would have been being able to sit around a fire in the evening, but to no fault of their own mother nature hasn't provided enough moisture to allow for a fire. Most definitely recommend staying here. Clean and lots of exploring to be done! Pet friendly! I would much rather stay here than at a fancy hotel. Love that it is so close to home.”

“Check in process was smooth. Cabin was nice. Woke up the next morning to no heat. Found out someone has stolen and replaced the propane tanks with empties. They replaced with full and we had heat the following 2 nights. Great place to stay. Quiet. Of course last weekend of season so of course quiet. Would stay there again.”

“Love it! We've stayed at more RV parks than we can count, all across the country and this one is probably our favorite. It is so peaceful (on a dead end road) and well kept. As Full time RVers we adore and appreciate the covered parking for our trailer. The laundry facility is top notch, in-which they've also got a "mini library" to borrow books from. We love the fresh garden vegetables. This is the perfect place to stay if you work on the road full/time, like we do. The owners are nice and relaxed people who aren't in your hair 24/7.”
