“Awesome host and park!! Brandy, the owner, is so friendly and accommodating. The name certainly is correct, it is Dunn right! The bathrooms are spotless, as are the showers and laundry facilities. Extra large dog park behind the storage units, which my boys loved. We enjoyed frozen cocktails one evening at the bar/outdoor food truck area. We will stay here on future travels and I highly recommend Dunn Right RV Park!”

“So for unit 23 we are new management and we are trying to fix what the 5 other owners never fixed. And didn’t you move Ms. Morris? And trying to take your son to court”

“New management has been awesome. Really turning this place around. Trying to make it into a family community. Honestly I like being billed monthly for water and trash. In fact the new billing system saved me a couple months ago when my bathroom cold line sprung a leak.. couldn't hear it because of my fan running all the time. Thankfully the office reached out to me after noticing an increase in my water usage that I hadn't noticed yet. Neighbors are great and a lot of kiddos running around which is great to see.”

“Small park. A few storage units at the rear. Good management. Wi-Fi wasn't too good but maybe it's better by now? Lower spots have no grey or black water hookups. Price for those spots reflect issue. Tank to haul black & grey water not provided.”

“Well maintained mobile home park and safe for seniors. Update 7/12/22 Park still looks fantastic you can tell the property managers really take pride in their work. I visit regularly (family members) and notice the club house, pool and grounds receive top notch care. Just remember to follow the speed limit and wave at the friendly residents as they drive by. A great choice for the 55+ crowd. 👍🏼”

“I’m a full time RV’er and was there for over 3 years after moving to DFW for a new job. My time and experience there was great. Cody and Geoff have created something very unique in this kind of park. From the peaceful, quiet setting in the middle of the city, to the attention they give to keeping a safe, clean and well maintained park is excellent. I only left for a different job in Nashville or I’d still be there. You won’t be disappointed, I highly recommend them.”

“This place was great! As soon as we arrived we were immediately greeted by April (in the pouring rain!) she was friendly and it’s evident she takes pride in her job. The layout was easy, the sites were spacious and landscape was beautiful. We stopped here in transit for one night but if we had known how nice it was we would’ve changed our itinerary to stay for several days.”

“This place is very nice. Clean well kept and quite. My mother recently retired and moved there. She was treated amazing and I couldn’t ask for better amenities they offer for her being overhead.”

“My mother lived at this mobile home park for many years . My brother now lives there. The spaces for homes are large and homes are not on top of each other. The residents are very friendly and have very attractive, individualized landscape areas around their mobile homes. This facility has been well maintained over the years and doesn't show signs of neglect or need of maintenance. The grounds have man-made ponds and streams running thru out the facility, creating a very relaxing and inviting ambiance. The only negative thing I can say is that the ponds and streams attract wild geese which poop all over. The managers do their best to keep things clean, but it is a challenge. Some residents feed the geese, some say don't feed the geese so they will go away...”

“A fun road trip stop! We enjoyed just walking around and exploring the fruit stand, the playground (a bit run-down, though), and more. The restaurant was actually really good and was my husband's highlight! The highlight for my daughter was the carousel. I loved the cheap price for it! :) Next time we'll try the train ride, which is also a pretty good price.”

“First night here at the 'Lil Mingo (Little Flamingo) and it's beautifully quiet. Even on a Saturday night! The location is perfect to get to Tampa or Orlando via i-75 about 8 minutes from this RV park. Staff very kind and helpful, and rates are not bad either. Perfect location for our one week lay-over to a long term location we've reserved in Land O' Lakes. Enjoy the humidity Ladies and Germs.. (ok folks, go home and ride your snowmobiles):)🤣😂”

“Fake grass abounds in this neatly arranged futuristic RV park. Everything is new, clean and very well kempt. During the evening here we ventured outside to be greeted by the most obnoxious smell; burnt garbage with a lacing of chemical. Running quickly inside we cranked up the filter system. Oh, and the rules are strict here. No Smoking! Not even inside your own rig; seriously! And here I thought the courts had ruled that ones RV is ones castle. They would need a warrant signed by a judge to come inside to try and bust you, right? Anyway, we don't smoke ;-P One of the best things is location. Right across the street from the Maverick with the best priced gas/diesel in town. Plenty of shopping around where an RV'rs needs, whatever they are, can be met. Finally, they have the best ping pong equipment I've ever encountered; competition balls, paddle and table. Sadly you won't be able to make shots like Li Xiaoxia since there isn't much space around the perimeter of the table. Still, the kids can hoot it up in the club house with either the ping pong, or other games provided - but only with adult supervision. 18 and under need an adult in attendance, in the clubhouse, laundry, showers (yikes!); anywhere in the park in fact. On an up note, there are seven dog stations with real grass! We camped at Center Point RV Park in a Fifth Wheel and paid $60/night. WiFi download for us was 3.9-6.34 MB. Hot tip: Leave your camera home, there is nothing to see here.”

“Fabulous overnight. This was just 2 minutes from I35 but felt like a simple park out in the country. No highway noise or highway exhaust, no lights or activity - just a quiet and peaceful night. The park looks to have two sides. Our side offered gravel sites with a cute covered shed in lieu of a picnic table. (As we seemed to be in the middle of the country we called it our very own cow shed.) Hook up was easy, sites were well spaced, we felt safe, and management was great. Jackie answered our call, was friendly, allowed us to come in a little late, met us when we arrived, and the next day let us check out a bit late so we could have lunch at Clear Springs. They are strict about noise, so it was amazingly peaceful. This was NOT a typical off the interstate campground! TIP: The camp is easy to get to off I35 but go slow as the road is a bit narrow and has a couple of odd turns. We had no trouble with our RV and towed car but I was glad it was daylight and I could easily see. The camp has two entrances and it's easy to miss the first. I would call ahead and get directions for your site as we found it much easier to use the second entrance to reach our site and the first entrance looked narrow. We would definitely stay here again. Where else can you camp and enjoy a night in the country air under your own mini cow shed? Very unique experience!”
