“I chose la Casita mobile home community over all the other ones in the whole metroplex .I looked at and drove through all the properties that offered this style of living and settled on this one. I like the way it is laid out like a regular neighborhood with lots of street lights and how friendly everyone was and how quiet it was here day and night. There's a very nice clubhouse which is very large with full kitchen my family has had several Thanksgiving and birthday parties ,baby showers,and Church Senior groups meeting here. a very well equipped fitness room with workout equipment. A very large pool area and it's a saltwater pool which is better for you than swimming in a chlorinated pool. La Casita strives to make this a pleasant place to live.”

“My wife and I have lived in our manufactured home in Sans Souci for over six years now. The first thing that caught my eye was the overall appearance of the park. The many tall trees and winding streets were far better than many of the other parks we looked at. It truly looks like we are living in a park. The amenities are available for our enjoyment -- the pool, the clubhouse, the events -- they all contribute greatly to life at Sans Souci. Probably, the best ameninity we enjoy are the people who live here. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. That is key.”

“It is a very well kept park and my kids and I love living here ! It is perfect for us ! Management is very nice and we enjoy living here ! There is little to no actual crime and the police department is always visible throughout the day as they drive through to keep an eye on things ! There are people of all ages here and it feels like home ! There are rules you must follow but they are for the good of everyone and I am glad to have them so that our park stays beautiful ! My neighbors are friendly and kind ! The office manager Terri is very sweet and always understanding ! I have lived here a little over a year but it has been great so far !! The ones who complain are the ones that are probably not following the rules to begin with ! I love that background checks are done to live here as well !! We could use more park equipment but we have a city park very close so it is alright ! I feel at home here ! It is safe and quiet ! You can’t ask for much more than that ! And we are living the country life :)”

“We stayed here for a month and a half while I was working at the local hospital. It was very affordable and is an all age park. The park was very clean and quiet. It is fenced and gated with a code, and as a family of three with a young child, we felt very safe. The showers and laundry room and patio were modern and very clean, I would recommend it to young professionals and traveling families, as it was close to downtown restaurants and public transportation. We were close to many attractions and could easily get to well known hikes quickly.”

“This is a fitness park right next to that mobile home park. Everything here is really basic alrthough its perfect for moms who are on budget and need a place for the kids to play while you work out. I love that its also educational. They have labels so your able to identify the serious plant life. This park is safe for kids its clean well kept and I hope it stays this way. “We recently stayed here with our converted cargo trailer, and it was a great stay! The campground was clean and facilities well maintained. We don't have a restroom in our camper, so we used the bathroom and showers on site. They were cleaned daily and even had a lock code. They had daily events, but since we were busy sightseeing we didn't get to attend any. The playground was small but clean. Check in process was easy, and they helped accomodate the fact we needed to be able to walk to restrooms but also had a young child so needed further space from highway. We used a white noise machine in our camper, so the road noise didn't bother us much. Traffic is busy on road in front, but we just waited and we were able to easily pull out each time. They had a staff member guide us to our spot, and the staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend! Was about 45 minute drive to zoo area and 30 minutes to Honeymoon Island State Park. Will definitely be back!”

“I have lived in this community for 8 years my wife's grandma lived here for over 40 years. I have no issues with the management or owner. I believe the manager is doing a wonderful job. I also worked there for almost a year. It wasn't bad.ashlie white just mad because she hasn't paid her rent that's why she made a bad review. it's uncalled for and unnecessary and very inappropriate, does anybody know how to delete it if you do please please get a hold of Ashley and show her.”
