“I wore my nude KG Ellens in Spain in June for a wedding and the heel split from the shoe. So upset! I love these shoes and did not go to KG. Classic Shoe Repairs fixed my black court LK's and did a great job. So I knew they could fix my KG's. -and they have done a brill job. My heels have been replaced but I still have my Ellens. They have also added a half insole to them so they are permanently there. PERFECT! They have added a half rubber sole- in a nude colour! AGAIN PERFECT. Thank you! The customer service is great. I took two other pairs of shoes and all done. Thanks to them I have my shoes and they are fab. I will take my shoes there to be fixed from now on.”

So recommend that shopping be done after Thanksgiving and Christmas at these stores and save at least 70%. And the jackets shrink a little so better to buy at least 1size bigger than the required size”

“The sales associate named Kathy is one of a kind. She is a wealth of knowledge (believe 30+ years experience) and I feel like she enjoys what she does. You know how grandma makes the most amazing food dish that nobody can replicate no matter how many times they watch her cook it? That is how Kathy is with clothes. Simply put, I think she has a knack for making men look good. She knows all the color combos to match your skin shade, your body type, your event, your budget, etc. Most important to me, I never once felt like she was working me to make a commission. Now, whether her pay is commission-based or not, I do not know. But 100% I felt her #1 priority was to make me look good. Which is a good strategy by her if she is making commission, because I will now only buy my dress clothes from Kathy, wherever she is working.”
