“Debbie was a miracle worker. I was in tremendous back pain the day I was supposed to drive 2 hours to celebrate my wedding anniversary. I was barely able to get myself in or out of bed much less sleep comfortably. So as not to miss my anniversary, I made an emergency appointment at Spavia in Clark. I had never been there before so I was just hoping for the best. Debbie talked through my symptoms with me and immediately knew what to do. She was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She talked me through what she was seeing and worked through a significant set of knots. After the hour, there was noticeable improvement and I was able to make the 2 hour drive up north. But, Gina and her team have continued to take care of the Karen regulars. I know I can talk about Karen when I’m there. I am part of the Secrets family. They have had staff issues due to the same medical things all businesses have experienced since Covid. But, ladies and gentlemen, they are worth the wait and your patience will be rewarded. Since the party before us was running because they arrived late, we were actually given a lot more time to our sauna time, which was great since we had arrived on time. The women working there didn’t rush us and gave us plenty of time to relax in the sauna. They were extremely friendly. When it was time for the Korean body, I was very nervous and Sarah made me feel very comfortable and just allowed me to relax. Our deep tissue massage was just perfect, I felt so refreshed and rejuvenated. My skin felt so smooth and clean. I highly recommend going here for a nice getaway from the kids. It’s always great to give your skin a deep cleanse because your body sweats so much and you really do not know how much dead skin you have on your body. “Tuesday (3 days ago) was my second time visiting Irma. The first time was a gift my husband and I gave to each other for Christmas, an hour long massage for each of us just to relax and enjoy. Irma gave us both a very good full body massage. This week was because I was having a problem with my shoulder due to some resistance training that I apparently did incorrectly. Irma did an amazing job on my neck and shoulder. I was a little sore the next day but by Thursday I was playing golf (and had some really good shots for a change!). Today, I felt almost back to normal. I can't thank Irma enough. I will be back.”
